As I said in a previous post it's not the intent of the person in the porn that makes it revenge porn. It's the intent of the person using it. I think it's safe to say Ethan used the porn in an attempt to shame Preston for being a cuck.

Revenge seems the likely motive. So I'd call it revenge porn. You wouldn't. That's fine.

As much as I love debating the definitions of internet slang I don't think the difference of opinion over this piece of slang is really relevant so I'll leave it at that.

How are you able to divine the intent of random strangers on the internet? Everyone gets off to porn in their own way, some even like to share their porn pleasure with others (as we are seeing here today). Again, who the fuck are you to judge? Why do you hate black people?

No, wrong. That's when you get revenge on an ex by releasing sexually explicit content featuring them that was not intended for the public. The defining characteristic is that it is nonconsensual. Whether or not the pictures or video or other content was originally created consensually, it was not for distribution and the distribution was against the will of the subject.

"Lol you were in Penthouse" isn't revenge porn.

Actual "revenge porn" is illegal in many states, some of them with criminal penalties.
