Keem's got some weight of his own, but his manlet status makes that a bit harder to notice. Let's look at Ethan fairly:
+ Reach; Ethan could hit Keem well before Keem can hit Ethan, and that can make a big difference.
+/- Phlegmatic: Ethan doesn't really have the aggression that makes a natural fighter: he's passive-aggressive most of the time when he's being mean, but he isn't belligerent. This can be a good or bad thing, as he'd be less likely to go for an overly aggressive playbook, but also would have difficulty mustering the mental steel to throw a serious punch.
+/- Gut; fat is a shock absorber in fistfights; Ethan's weight distribution could help take the impact in a theoretical match. However, that weight also means he tires quickly.
+/- Ethan's a basket case; there's a chance that in an actual violent confrontation, Ethan might lose it and go animal style at Keem, venting all of the impotent rage he feels at his sham of a marriage, failure to live up to his own self-image, and waning relevancy on Keemstar's body. Of course, he could also just crumple onto himself and start crying at the first punch.
- Old man bod: Ethan's getting up there, and his knees are probably busted between his weight and unhealthy lifestyle. Given this, Keemstar could probably get him messed up just by knocking him off-center a few times.
In summary: It'd be an uphill battle for Ethan, but not a total curbstomp for Keem, I think.

There's a 10 month gap between his main channel's videos "The morons of Coronavirus" and "Cringing at Rick & Morty memes..." which has gotten him posting regularly again instead of doing podcasts all day. There's no way he just has more free time because of the virus. Because he's so boring and needs to steal content, I bet after all this time he's probably not growing at all and perhaps even losing clout. He's gotta be going back to the past to relive the good times.

I guess we'll be seeing him drum up more shit with everyone, this year might just be a new upcoming highlight reel of bad takes for the greying jewish fat goat of youtube. Keemstar and Ethan will both make it through this drama, but I think Ethan is gonna decline (and I can't really speak for Keem).

As quoted by the gnome himself: I'm always going to be that guy who has the middle finger up by the end of the day when everyone else stops. Keem has survived numerous attempts at his reputation, since the drama with F@G, to Ian's Content Cop, and currently a lolsuit by Romeo Lacoste, the dude is still standing there with a middle finger still up.

About the lolsuit I watched the Romeo Lacoste DramaAlert interview when it came out and that guy made himself sound guilty as fuck. His only defense against the allegations is that lots of famous youtubers get tattooed at his shop which means absolutely nothing. There was also him being shocked that one of the girls who had allegations against him was traumatized over him pissing on her. Not shock at an outrageous claim, but "wait that traumatized her?"

It's really bad timing for Ethan to come out swinging about Keem making false pedo allegations when he's facing a lolsuit from some idiot who implicated himself as a pedo. And for what, probably his ego. Him and Idubbbz got knocked down a peg so he has to try and recreate 2016 where he's the good guy.

Also when he gets too much backlash I bet he'll blame muh mental health. He's depressed because of the pandemic and lockdown and he's not proud of what he did, guys! Even though he didn't lose his job to coof and lives in a multi million dollar mansion.

Dude you can't be making bold claims about people's reputations with out of context clips from years ago that have nothing to do with you. Normally I would call this "mad on the internet" but honestly Ethan at this point is like a DSP but worse in every way, no matter how much disgusting and scummy shit he pulls he never has to suffer any consequences for his actions meanwhile everyone he shits on does and it honestly just depresses me.

Yeah and his fans are all literal fucking children or other Youtubers who's best interest it's in to be in his little circle of approved creators. Meaning his fans never think for themselves and only get persuaded by what a Youtuber with a large sub count has to say (Which is a fucking retarded metric of measurement to use when gauging someone's credibility, worst status quo of all time that's been adopted by the internet for some reason by autistic people).

Honestly I think of Ethan no differently than a politician at this point (Other than him being less important to the Earth). I'm banking on the fact that no one has really just made a video compiling every single shitty thing he's done and just putting it out there but if it hasn't happened yet I don't think it ever will, I think the youtubers big enough to do it might actually be scared of Ethan. It would not surprise me at all if he's a complete and utter psycho to other youtubers behind the scenes.

At the same time Idubbz didn't really get massive until he started making Content Cops. All you really need is good editing, good points, and a likable enough personality

I know of some individuals (I don't know how or why) who claim he's a control freak cunt who thinks if he says hi to you he's blessing you with his appearance. Think Youtube's Ellen Degeneres, that's Ethan. I believe there are videos from Pyrocynical as well talking about how he acts behind the curtain.

You've probably heard the cliche "opposites attract". Well I've also heard the opposite, "like hates like". I'm pretty sure that's what Klein's hatred of Keem is all about. They're both two-faced bastards eternally jostling for the moral high ground, both chasing that sweet, sweet drama. The only difference I can think of is that Keem prefers to point and laugh like an internet Jerry Springer, while Ethan plants himself firmly in the center of drama. Basically what I'm saying is that if they both dropped dead simultaneously I don't think anybody who matters would give a shit.

Even if he didn't link the merch, it's such a bullshit argument.

The drama will drive more traffic to his other videos, which are monetized, and gain him more subscribers.

Selling t-shirts is just more of a direct way of profiting off Etika's death.
