Wouldn't it be a serious issue if Nick were acting as an attorney on this case but wasn't listed as such?

What would Nick, Vic, or Ty have to gain by doing something like that, especially compared to what they'd have to lose if they did and it got found out? Have these people thought through this theory at all?

How do these people walk down the street without tripping over their own feet?

It takes a village to create a village idiot...

This guy is literally a broken record.

There's nothing wrong with hiring outside counsel as a consultant. If they actually had, there'd be no reason not to admit it. If he isn't licensed in a state where things written by him were filed, counsel of record would have to take responsibility for it and exercise as much diligence as they would with their own legal writing.

Do it man. Pay nick $20 to say something he doesnt believe in.
I bet if nick does say it, they clip it and post it with no context
This would be the smoking gun! Oh man, please someone do this. The hot takes will be hilarious. Even fucking better, we create a gofundme to get rekeita to say this.

Or suppose he actually refuses to read a $20 superchat. Awesome. Once there's a precedent, maybe he can stop reading those shitty "my grampa just died fucking my dad in the ass" superchats too.

>a diverse but consistent agreement

Yeah that's not what means. Gotta talk about how nice and diverse they are despite all being whiter than the sun. It can't be diversity of opinion cause that's not true either.

I press X on the "attorneys" as many of them aren't even attorneys but love to act like they are, some may be lawyers but on totally different fields while others may not even be practitioners, anyway if they're not Texas Lawyers I doubt their opinion has much value either way, plus they all somehow share the same exact view on the lawsuit which is the usual 100% Vic loss, yet they just like our beloved couple of perpetually-engaged-liars love to misrepresent everything and try to stupidly deceive others...doesn't sound like an attitude a professional lawyer should have, strange isn't it? :smug:
If they ever made something on TV or something about the case I think far more likely it'll be some kind of documentary about "how to destroy one's own life&job out of malice&spite&jealousy over pettiness while being supported by stupid people on socials like twitter".

This is one of the reasons I wants this to come back on appeal, and ultimately for Vic to prevail either through settlement or trial.

These people would flip the fuck out if this gets reversed. Maybe we can see if their meltdowns will be as diverse as they purport their opinions to be.

Also, the only reason they can have these opinions is because they have too much free time. Rawls has been a lawyer for about half a year. Dunford is an "academic lawyer". They're too busy watching as another lawyer prosecutes this case. This is almost the legal equivalent of a cucking.
