This is premature, but what's going to happen to this thread after our long, glorious night of drinking? There'll be no content in prison.

Not that that's bad at all. Nick was never funny, and he could only ever be considered entertaining by way of morbid curiosity, disgust, and moral outrage. The only thing I'm concerned about is that I feel like some other random degenerate's gonna step up to replace him.

We might get some info on the sentencing.

Trials are public record, so we'll be able to keep up with the proceedings.

I hope he makes a locla news report so bad it hurts.
Can the cops give him a Freddie Brown now? (too soon?)

Ain't nobody gonna riot for Sick Nick if they do, that's for damn sure.

The confetti confused me when I popped onto the Kiwi to see what's new. Needless to say, the "what's new" has made me a very happy camper. Retribution, my friends! Amber and @Ancani can both focus on trying to forget Sick Nick now that he can't hurt them anymore.
I truly wish them the best and hope they live happy, fulfilling lives away from their degenerate predator.

I think I'll just let Sidney Crosby speak for me:

That's really weird, where's the goofy ass photo-face rot toothed smile and blank stare? It's almost like, in that mugshot of him, he knows he's in for a whole world of hurt.

Turns out he's capable of understanding things are wrong when he's actually caught.

IIRC, after CYS sent their report to him, he thought the matter was over and done with.

Yep, April 19:

I just received a letter from Children and Youth saying the investigation is over. Nothing happened! Yay!

Oh, the irony:
Finally the U.S. does something right and doesn't convict an innocent person! Time to celebrate with alcohol! Someone, get me alcohol.

Not only is he a disgusting, evil perverted child molestor, but he's dumb as shit.

They may offer him a plea to spare his sister from having to testify, but given the current climate in Pennsylvania, they may not. Or his lawyer may just tell him to enter a blind plea because he'd get crucified at trial.

If he actually does make bail, his lawyer will tell him to shut the fuck up, so we probably won't get any new material. In fact, a condition of bail may be that he not discuss the case publicly.

Do you think he'll follow it?

Now this comes with a big "Not a Lawyer" Disclaimer, but he's looking at one Felony 1 charge and three Misdemeanor 1 charges. M1s in Penn are a maximum of 5 years, and F1s are minimum of 10. Now this means Sick Nick is looking at anywhere between 10-25 years at minimum in prison assuming all the charges stick with him by the time he gets to sentencing, all depending on how Pennsylvania adds it up in the end (concurrent vs consecutive, how many years he gets on the M1s, etc etc). And again not a lawyer, so no idea what the maximum he could face is, the math appears much less clear cut on that.

Rip in Peace asshole.

Don't forget permanent registration as a sex offender, and they'll probably also civilly commit him for the rest of his life, too. Even if those laws don't exist yet, they will by the time he's out, and so far, they seem to be exempt from that ex post facto thing.

This evil fuck will never see the light of day again.
