Yeah, it's clear that even relatively early transitioning isn't good enough to change certain features or to affect others' perception of masculine and feminine. There's no escaping it. I'd love to know more about how trans kids other than Jazz feel about their experiences and current physical and emotional states, though of course they'd be pushed to give a rosy impression anyway instead of talking honestly about difficulties and setbacks.

However, at least Josie/Sadie seems relatively active, doing things like hiking every evening, cycling, and traveling.

All in all it seems like JosieSadie's parents are doing a million times better than Jazz's abusers. Keeping the kid out of the spotlight is the right call.

I think even from birth males and females are born with different structures. Unless they can find a way to change bone structure then that can't change. Though I would think changing the shapes of bones would hurt.

Most trans kids I see seem to have at least bone structures that give that away. Ones that are born males will have big shoulders and a jaw and ones born female will have too round a face. I'd say the most passable I've seen would be Kim Petras, but not by much.

That is the most massive OOF I have ever seen.

Honestly, the only real effect I see from puberty blockers/hormones is that it permanently fucks up your reproductive organs and fertility. I can always tell the actual sex of the person based on their physical features no matter how much they pumped in. I feel bad because they permanently fucked themselves from having children and still to no major outward success. Furthermore, it really doesn't make dysphoria go away in the long-term scale of things. I've never heard of a single instance of trans individuals having their dysphoria completely vanish. So hormones and blockers honestly are completely and totally pointless.

For what its worth Nikki strikes me as a very well-adjusted and friendly person. As a trans-girl and a prominent member of the youtube beauty community, neither of which seem particularly conducive to mental health.
I've no problem calling Nikki a girl since she clearly makes an effort, and didn't even mention being trans until being blackmailed into it (by this point already having hundreds of thousands of followers)... like if trans movements were about promoting people like her and having some level of restraint I wouldn't object, but unfortunately they feel a deep need to push and push and push, to the point where somebody like Jazz, who pretty blatantly suffered severe psychological damage to reach this point, is propped up instead.

I generally think T should be separated from the LGB, but in this case there's a parallel. The general public doesnt mind reserved gay and lesbian people that camouflage with the rest of society, but express visible discomfort at pink haired lispy gays for being so unusual (not saying its good or bad, just a fact). Same with T. Nikki is big, but clearly makes an effort to present as a woman, and isn't publicly sperging out for attention in the way I personally have witnessed in the past. Unfortunately for T, whereas gays and lesbians who stick out have to make an effort to dress or act in an unorthodox way, anybody who isn't stylish or have the appropriate interests/personality is basically shit out of luck.

Except Nikkie endured the same child medical transitioning regime as Jazz, though he was a tween not a toddler when his mother pushed his transition. He may be a perfectly nice person; however he is still an example and proponent of child transitioning. I take issue with that.

Not disagreeing, I find child meddling abhorrent and future generations will condemn our society for it.
My point was, somebody like Nikki doesn't appear to make being trans encompass her personality, Jazz does. Its Jazz' only outlet.
I forgot to include it mid-post but part of what made gay marriage legal in my country is that campaigners worked to humanise LGB... they show how gay people are otherwise normal people and you might learn 50 things about one before being gay enters the conversation.
I wish T took that stance too. Not because I support the movement but because its the only way they'll be tolerated by society once their fashionable cause is dropped by monied interests

I forgot about this kid. Josie/Sadie was featured in a Dateline episode about transkids. I think he was like 10 or 11 and his crazy mom was pushing for blockers and estrogen and expecting him, at age 10, to be able to know if it was the right choice or not. His doctor at that point in time was Johanna Olson-Kennedy, the quack who is pressuring WPATH to lower the minimum recommended age of genital surgery to 16 and is enrolling girls as young as 8 in a study on the effects of testosterone.

In the documentary, he seemed like a fairly convincing transkid until about the 14:50 mark when he admits on camera, "maybe I'm a boy inside and a girl outside."

Mom: Really?
Josie: Yeah. Is that true?

Tinfoil time: That photo above showing his huge chin was taken 3.5 years ago when he was 16. To me, he looks like a typical troon there, meaning one who transitioned after male puberty. In the photos from a few years before that one, he looked more feminine. He hasn't posted any photos since the one when he was 16, so hmmmm. Interesting he stopped posting selfies. Kind of hoping he went off blockers and estrogen now that he is older and hopefully not letting his crazy mom control his life. Hopefully he didn't get the chop-chop?

Much like we've predicted with Jazz, essentially all of these "trans kids" are chewed up and spit out and forgotten once they've served a propagandistic purpose or have made their parents or a politician or a town feel like super-special virtue warriors for a few weeks or months. I watched a few of his Twitch videos. There are a few people talking in them. Some male ones and a more feminine one which I think is him. The voice actually sounds more like a pre-puberent male. I've noticed most who started blockers before puberty sound like that. Men and women talk differently. Even someone whos trans who's voice never deepened seems to have a different tune, flow and way of speaking. Maybe with some voice training it can make them sound more naturally female but I think I can tell the difference.

it's because they think the body will stop being male and will be transformed into female which is not going to happen ever. It just gets frozen in perpetual pre-adolescence.

Just compare how different Ari and Jazz look in this pics with the brothers. Here, they all look around the same age, because Ari isn't that much older.
