If I had to imagine his odour it would be a medical waste dump that's just had a sewage treatment works explode all over it.

Thankfully I'll never have to find out.

Usually they have prisoners pay it off by doing work in a prison factory or chain gang and paying them a ridiculously low wage where it's basically slavery. My hometown's christmas decorations were always put up with prison labor.

Well, he rarely exercises, eats crappy pre-packed food, and even if he didn't, the meds he was on make you gain a lot of weight, so it's not entirely his fault he's overweight. But that's the least of his problems. He probably won't get his meds in prison, so on top of abuse from the other inmates, he's going to have psychotic symptoms unless PA is better about getting mentally ill prisoners their meds than my state is.

The indecent assult is a a third degree and he would face as sentence of up to 7 years on each count. So Nick will end some where between 5(early plea to a single count of the lesser charge and some good luck on sentence , at the time of the offense he was 18 and suffering major metal illness) to 35( Jury trial convicted on all counts bad luck on sentencing). Without doing a review of case law in the jurisdiction I can't get much better then but I think 15-20 seem reasonable likely (it really depend on how good the cases on the top charge if its week Nick will be offered pleas to the lesser charge(s))

Can they convince him to plea? I'm guessing that's probably what'll happen, but considering what his psych evaluation said, that he refuses to admit whenever he did something, I feel really, REALLY sorry for his defense attourney. (Who, I'm betting will most likely be a public defender)
