According to this Nick is being charged with one count of "deviate sexual intercourse with a child" and three counts of "indecent assault of a child".
If he's found guilty on that first charge alone, he "shall be sentenced to a term of imprisonment which shall be fixed by the court at not more than 40 years."
They'd likely be served concurrently, so the felony is pretty much what he's looking at.I think it's 5-10 years for each of the other 3 charges. I'm not to sure about pedo Justice, but I gues there is a chance of 40 years + 30 years. Maybe?

You're right. "I didn't do anything" will be his defense in court. Then they'll see his psych report.Nah, it'll be something dumb and "wacky", said with a fake Canadian accent.

Lancaster County Prison; where Nick is currently being held.
That place looks like a fucking castle. Nick belongs in the dirtiest, most confined pit, for all eternity.
That's pretty much what he deserves. The word your looking for is oubliette, it was the worst part of any medieval dungeon.
For some reason I'm reminded of this scene:How does one "involuntarily" preform sexual deviant intercourse with a child? How does that happen?
Is that like "oops I fell"??

Whoever designed that one must have took their inspiration from the magical kingdom.
No there isn't, after bail is set by a judge it can be posted at any time. However the defense will inform the court that their defendant intends to post bail when the funds can be raised, the judge can then place restrictions upon the defendant (passport turned in, home confinement, who they can talk to ect....) when bail is made.It says he hasn't posted bail -- is there a time limit to when you can do so? (My extent of legal knowledge comes from watching Law & Order)
But involuntary manslaughter is you accidentally murder someone without meaning to. Involuntary/voluntary isn't about the victim, it's usually the perp.I think it means that it was involuntary for Amber.
