It's mind boggling to see these people still defend a religion that is one of the most misogynistic and oppressive religions ever.

The Islamic faith has no redeeming value in its current state whatsoever. The only reason why Islam still gets lots of shit is because it has yet to be nerfed and meanwhile the only reason why both Judaism and Christianity are still tolerated is because in those religions they're no longer are engaged in going to war in destroying and pillaging of other nations as commanded by the 'God' of the 'Old Testament' anymore and they've later on got secularized and then got nerfed centuries ago.

So meanwhile in Islam, long before the United States fucked things up, the Muslims were still engaged in internal conflicts with each other on the count that they've still went to war over which is the "correct" interpretation of the Quran anyway. While the rest of the world has stopped fighting over which of their gods are better and started making cool stuff, the Muslims are still stuck in the Medieval period and are still fighting over a book anyway.
