Edit to add:
After considering the lawsuit against us all, I am now convinced that Russell did not file this to win. The timing and the contents convince me that this is his way of telling his side of the Erika case without disobeying his parents. He posted how he can’t tell his “side,” which is odd Bc he totally can legally. But his parents likely have threatened to cut off support. So I am thinking he decided to defend himself and put out his version in the lolsuit as he could defend it to his parents as necessary for the case.
in reality, he is a narcissist who is very angry that KF has been right all along about his creepy stalking. His ego demanded he put out “the real story.”
I think he wants people to read the filing and may even think he can win, but he filed to save his ego. The crazy amount he is seeking is just to get more readership if anything.
You know, the more I think about this idea, the more I think you're right. Russhole has threatened more than once over the years to sue Null/the Farms, even allegedly consulting actual attorneys about filing a suit. But he never did it. So it makes sense to me that his incandescent narc rage over the public humiliation of getting his pee-pee slapped down by the court over harassing and stalking Erika would be what triggered all of this. Especially when you consider the following details:
- Russhole filed this lolsuit literally just a few hours before his last court hearing. A court hearing where he
knew that he'd be pleading guilty. Yet he wrote in his lolsuit that his criminal case was still being litigated. He obviously chose to file his bullshit paperwork
right before the hearing so he could
technically be correct in saying so, while fundamentally lying about the actual result of the case and him officially admitting his guilt.
- Russhole also knew that Erika's attorney was requesting an order of protection against Russhole as part of his guilty plea deal. Such an order would risk Russhole getting his pee-pee slapped down by the court again if he wrote publicly about Erika afterwards. So instead, he chose to use this lawsuit as a potential loophole to get his version of events out there without
technically violating the order.
- Russhole committed perjury in his lolsuit by lying about the reality of what went down between him and Erika. He also defamed her character. Since Erika herself is not a party to his latest lolsuit, she doesn't get a chance to refute any of his lies and defamation herself. We know Russhole was super assmad about how Erika's testimony at the hearings was "one-sided" (because apparently in Ratmouth's world the victims of crimes are supposed to testify on behalf of the criminal or some shit) because he whined about it in his lolsuit. He also whined about how he didn't get the chance to "say his peace" [sic]--even though he had a lawyer there to speak for him, and he gave up the chance to testify on his own behalf by
pleading guilty before trial. This is blatantly an attempt at revenge against Erika, trying to make her look bad in retaliation for her pressing charges against him and telling the truth about how horribly he treated her.
I made a post in this thread over two years ago comparing Russhole to Jarrod Warren Ramos, the man who
killed five people who worked at an Annapolis newspaper that ran a story seven years prior about his pleading guilty to criminal harassment against a former classmate (who he was harassing because she wouldn't have a romantic relationship with him). Ramos had previously sued that newspaper and the reporter for defamation because the reporter didn't "get both sides of the story" and interview him (so he could say nasty things about his victim and blame her for what he did, by his own admission).
His case was dismissed with prejudice after numerous appeals, for inability to state a claim upon which relief could be granted.
Sound familiar? It sounds even more familiar now than it did two years ago.
I predicted back then that Russhole would more than likely go down a similar path as Ramos as he got older. Two years later, he's clearly taken the first few steps down that path. The closing paragraphs of the appeals judge in Ramos' defamation case could have just as easily have been written in response to Russhole's current lolsuit against Null and the Farms:
