I think this is less intentional gas lighting than another instance where they haven't studied anything about what they're talking about. They have no idea what policy actually looks like in Scandinavian countries for example. They just parrot how they support it. If you gave them a blind test with just the numbers they'd probably easily be tricked into picking certain U.S. policies as their preferred "social democracy" over say Norway. I know I saw something like this for tax rates where the U.S. system is massively more progressive versus the broad base used in much of Europe.

Yeah, because he REALLY wants to bait some of the larger creators (Gundam, Keemstar, Quartering, Leafy etc) to come on his stream to bathe in their clout. He probably thinks it could happen if he covers their videos and blows his dogwhistle hard enough. It's similar to the Vaush tactic, but he knows he can take those jabs because it's still considered "punching down." Vaush also seems to keep his attacks to purely political creators.

It's pretty obvious that this little Xanderpig tactic won't work. The commentators saw what happened to JonTron w/Destiny, and many covered or were directly involved in IBS, so an appearance on stream will likely never happen; but in Xanderhal's (tepid) defense, he will get some increased attention with this dramabaiting for sure; breadtube simps excited for new 'fash' targets, and some from members of his targets' fan bases looking to down vote/reeeee in the comments.

The only thing that can truly help him however is the algorithm. Idk how excited YouTube is to promote political content in the current climate, but idk. They seem to have been pushing Vaush (even gave him verification) at one point, so maybe they'll tolerate some lefty spergs as a middle finger to Twitch.

I mulled it over. Decided I'm against a xanderpig thread. He'd probably relish in the thought of having his own KF thread. It would fulfill the internet Hero's Journey plot he's living out in his head.

It's probably more appropriate to relegate him to a direct orbiter figure of Vaush. He's always been his loser little sidekick, and he fits right in with Vaush's growing cast of characters w/Shoe, the Goblina, his 'femboy' roommate etc.

He actually did manage to come on to Augie and Bowblax's stream twice. Once even with Keemstar on it. Him giddily trying to provoke Keem on the H3H3 drama and Keem completely blowing him off was really funny to watch.


I think that might be the difference between someone like Sargon who seems to at least someone that enjoys talking with different people regardless of clout and a large amount of the breadtube sphere, wither only interested in naked and desperate clout chasing like Alex or SJW stonewalling of not wanting to dignify any criticism or challenge.
