I don't get phalloplasty. It looks nothing like a dick and I can't imagine it would be sexy to see the TIF have to pump it up to get an "erection", nor do I imagine it would feel good to be penetrated with. Also, can a TIF even feel any sensation to the slab of arm or thigh flap they carved off to make it and sewed to their groin? And if I recall, 80-90% of these rot off or have to be removed. Just how deluded do you have to be to actually be happy with your fucking arm or thigh skin being grafted onto your pubic area? The more they try to say it's not a mental illness and these surgeries are totally ethical, the more I see results from these unethical surgeries, the more I am astounded people are praising this and willingly signing up to allow this to happen.

These women also don't get just how unimpressive most penises are when not erect. They shrivel up to nothing. If someone were to walk around the changing rooms with one of those on display then most men (well certainly all the straight ones) would feel very uncomfortable.

When erect it looks like the erection of a sad old man who can't get it up any more, and it deflates like the autopilot in Airplane, ending up looking like its been run through the mangle to squeeze out the last bit of air. Does it come with a warning not to over inflate it as it might burst? The one positive thing I can say is that at least it didn't squeak as she let the air out. I wonder if having one included is an optional extra?

From the looks of it they couldn't reroute the urethra and keep the vagina/clit intact at the same time. That's just a guess though, since God knows what actually happens during these butcheries. However, if anyone wants to know how easy it is to get yourself diagnosed as gender dysphoric: a general practitioner, not even my primary care physician, allowed me to point out which specific diagnosis I wanted after I told him I was feeling that way. I literally stood behind him at the computer in the checkup room and showed him where to find the ICD-10-CM code on the list. Therapy was never required, and I could have taken that diagnosis and ran my ass to the nearby informed consent clinic to start taking hormones.

I know several FTMs who did just that, and they only had one trans-affirmative therapy session before being given their prescriptions. These people don't care about their patients in the slightest, and they basically told a former FTM friend of mine that he was shit out of luck when he started having a major allergic reaction to the type of testosterone they were prescribing him. Skin redness (not even at the injection site, it was on his legs) and minor bubbling are just a feature, not a bug!

Perhaps this may be a stretch, but notice how the majority of transexuals today are straight (transwomen into women/ transmen into men). This movement surged around the time we started becoming more lax with homosexuality. There was a spark in troonery once gay marriage was legalized. They're taking advantage of this more "accepting" society, and touting their fetish in public.

I was going to quote @Terrorist and say that I agree with him but it goes deeper than that, and then I read your post.

Gender stereotypes dont explain it in todays western culture. What I have seen from the tranny and lgbt communities I've been into is that transmen tend to be hetero women who are into gay men (there is this one tumblr cow whi has a thread here who draws a lot of M/M porn, I forget her name, she perfectly represents this) or hetero men who are into either lesbians or women who hate men.
Another alternative for the transmen ive seen is lesbians who are into hetero women, and for transwomen gay men who are into hetero men.

When you consider these motivations it begins to make a lot more sense.

How much of this comes from childhood abuse by closeted gays or lesbians, or by heteros who have homosexual perversions because they cant or wont get with the opposite sex for reasons? You look at trannies and hear their stories and youll see these patterns.

Also when you think about it theres a very thin line between "closetted homos" and "heteros who have homosexual perversions because they cant or wont get with the opposite sex for reasons". I wonder what that line is.
