Removing 230 is pure retardation. You're basically giving corporate internet permission to glass the fuck out of the entire internet. A guy gets a bad review? He can now sue the review website AND the user. Bad movie review? Same deal. This will MASSIVELY sanitize ANY criticism. It is idiotic to think otherwise.

If Trump never said anything about Section 230 and it was any democrat saying it needs to be done with, then I guarantee the people who act like what Trump is doing is a good thing will change their tune.

Part of it would have been that close to no other politician was/is in a position to bluff, and they wouldn't have established a pattern of it like Trump has.

I think Biden should win just because it hurts the Democrats in the long run. They went all out to get rid of Orange Man and will now be forced to clean up their mess. They will almost inevitably fail, but this time, because the electorate usually blames the head of state, they'll be blamed, and they won't be able to effectively deflect. At the same time, there will likely be an internal power struggle/Progressive purge, which will likely leave large swathes of the progressive bloc entirely disaffected. As a result, it will be entirely unconvincing if the Dems get another massive turnout so long as the Republicans don't completely go back into the swamp (which I don't think they will).

If Trump wins, on the other hand, the Democrats are once again united against Orange Man, and will actually be violent and argue that the GOP stole the election. They will continue to destroy the country and blame it on Trump, and as you can see, vast swathes of the electorate are stupid/inattentive enough to actually believe them.
