The term "neckbeard" gets thrown around so much on the internet you'd think people would take the minimum level of care not to grow one. Growing a proper beard really isn't hard, unless you're an autist with no concept of hygiene I guess.

Here's HStark in a legal advice subreddit, claiming he "just knows" some Chad is a rapist, apparently based on the fact that Chad is getting some. He ends up with a restraining order, prohibiting him from going round telling people the guy raped the girl he thirsts about. His response of course is to violate the order by means of a reddit post.

I missed that one. Asking how to marry his underage girlfriend apparently wasn't the only time he got BTFO on /r/legaladvice.

Did he get punished for violating the restraining order?

If he didn't name the guy or indicate who it was explicitly I don't think anybody could or would reasonably prosecute that. If he was on Facebook spreading that shit with the guy's name flagrantly displayed, sure, he could be in violation of his order.

The particulars of contact orders vary significantly from place to place. If the Chad is concerned he should also consider cyberstalking charges, but it would have to be explicit and obvious who was making the claims and about who.

I have a theory that lolcows are disproportionately paedophiles because they're immature, and are attracted to others at their mental age rather than their actual age. Either that, or they go for kids knowing that they're easier to manipulate than adult women.

Based on this he seems to have gone to Woodstock Day School, a private school in Upstate New York. But you'll have to take my word on this, but I believe his facebook years ago said he went to Sudbury Valley School, a school where students "explore the world freely at their own pace and in their own unique ways"

I'm curious what Holbrook is doing these days. Other than his twitter/youtube he doesn't seem to have much of an online presence. He dropped out of community college but never seemed to go back to school or attempt a career which isn't consistent with his aspirations when he was younger. You would have thought he could have gone on to do some IT work or something. And it's not like he didn't have the opportunity. His family had the money to send him to private school and his mom's bf was an engineer, so he closely knew someone who was college-educated.
