As for the very tiny possibility of it legit not being Phil, I'm plenty comfortable dismissing it. As I've said, Phil is quite deprived of chances to genuinely laugh at his detractors, and the Champions meme spreading as far as it has for as long as it has would be the biggest chance ever for that kind of smug smile to spread on his fat ugly face. If it were bullshit, that is. Instead of gleefully enjoying a bigger present than the escort saga, though, what does Phil do? Obfuscate, lie, LIMB, and generally get really pissy. Exactly what he always does when he gets called out on something he really is guilty of.
To think it's someone else is to be unaware or unwilling to admit what kind of person Phil is.
