Meanwhile if you so much so as want your tubes tied young-ish not only do you have to go to like three doctors, have the possibility of refusal and in some places allegedly have to have your husband sign off on it, if you identify as "a man in a woman's body" it's all fine and dandy you get pushed to the front of the line, no question. Fucking ridiculous.
No woman calls their genitals "she". The only thing close is humorously referring to breasts as "the girls". Men also don't do that unless they're, guess what, sex obsessed perverts who probably are going to molest or rape someone in the future.

Why the fuck are the nipples so big???
It's like the surgeon looked at the stretched areolas of typical female anatomy and went "yeah, we should keep all of that." Fucker's got pancake nipples.
Also, looks like they didn't do aftercare correctly and lifted their arms above their head post surgery. That's partly what causes the larger scar width.

Someone I know had mastectomy for breast cancer scheduled at a local hospital. The hospital refused to go ahead with the surgery without the consent of her husband. They had a policy where mastectomy on female patients needed consent from the husband in order to go ahead. Her and her husband were furious that the hospital would demand consent from a male guardian for a competent legal adult.
Fucking wild that these same hospitals are willing to mutilate teenagers and mentally ill people for SRS and other related procedures but demand husband consent to treat women seeking care for cancer.

Ok let's be real, what happens when you break it? Is the bone still "living" like regular bone and can heal? Will you need to put a cast in your rancid oscer meyer for it to heal together or is it just a dead piece of bone and you have to have surgery to remove it?
Bc I can't imagine having a numbish growth in the front of your body you're not used to with a thin piece of bone in it NOT ending badly...

Hysterectomies have a really high risk of complications down the road, even if you only have a partial (uterus only). Doctors have been trying hard to reduce how many they perform and try other forms of treatment for whatever condition the woman has. I wonder if that hospital would make lesbians get consent from their wives too? Anyway, while I’ve heard awful stories about doctors denying women over 30 tubals, I side with doctors who deny them to 18 year olds.
It’s like a wacky alternate version of the Catholic church. In Catholicism, using hormonal birth control for the purpose of preventing children is a sin — however, using it for something else, like controlling acne, is fine. Sterilizing 18 year olds because they don’t want kids is bad, sterilizing 18 year olds as a side effect of them being transgender is totally cool.
