At least, he claims to. This guy is posting all over the internet trying to get momentum for his thesis papers which are filled with some great "proofs" - he legitimately believes that because Stephen Hawking has not responded to his "thesis", it must be because it is valid and Stephen himself is afraid to bring attention to it. Very arrogant.
At the bottom he posts to a science forum pretending to be a physics teacher at a total loss as to how to debunk this theory for his students, and then he is revealed to be the author himself. Typical lolcow behaviour. Before that, here's a taste of him though:

Apparently every single physicist is knowledgable about his "open challenge", which is published in a peer-reviewed legitimate journal - oh no, wait, it's a notorious "pay-to-publish" one, INDJST.

Quite ambitious, right? Every single time he is questioned or flaws are pointed out in his methodology, he falls back to "no famous physicist has disproved me", and calls everyone exceptional individuals.
He does not respond to questions no matter how nicely they are phrased, everyone is immediately an idiot for questioning him, and we must instead "gather all the physicists of the world" to produce a rebuttal paper before he'll even consider that he might be wrong.

Sorry for such a huge post, this guy is a goldmine. Thoughts? I'd love to hear from actual scientists that can go into detail about some of the specific claims he makes, he definitely takes refuge in verbosity and by throwing jargon in attempts to impress.
