Just to put things into perspective, a 100 lb weight loss wouldn’t even get her within the standard BMI classification. Not even the extended one that encompasses superfats. She needs to go all the way down to 240 lbs to reach the uppermost limit of class 3 obesity, which would still put her at an extremely high risk. Only at 185 lbs would she be out of the immediate danger zone. She’d still be obese though. At 160 lbs, she’d get out of the obesity category, and at 130 lbs she’d be medically at a normal weight. She’d still look chubby though, especially because of the insane amount of loose skin being unable to keep her fat in place. She’d still have fat rolls, except now they’d be droopy and hanging to her thighs.

Once they remove the 10-15 lbs of excess skin and fix some of her shit up (lipo, full body lift, etc.), shell be just your average woman in her 30’s with massive scars all over her body. Years of hard work just to look like someone’s middle-aged aunt. Our girl’s future is so... bright.
