DSP hired someone to generate and submit all the necessary paperwork on his behalf. All he needed to do was pay them and sign his name probably around two dozen times. Comparably what Chantal would have to do in her case is show up to a doctor's office once and have the fat somehow magically hoovered out of her body with no recovery needed and no prep or aftercare, which is impossible. As has been documented to death, she would need to lose a significant amount of weight, follow up regularly with a GP she does not have and make and keep multiple appointments. None of this will happen.

This is presuming also that she got the referral to begin with, which she didn't. Her saying so was out of a fear of not having anything to keep attention on her and being boring so she made something up. If there's no proof of anything she claims it can be safely dismissed as false.

I can't believe she was already pontificating on how long after surgery she'd be able to go back and eat all the foods she's going to have to "cut back" on. It's well known that doing shit like announcing you're going on a diet gets you pre-ass pats and that fucks with your brain. People will get the dopamine/good vibes/whatever before they've even done the thing which lots of times leads to them not doing the thing. Chantal is already planning the buffets she'll have 6 months after the surgery she's not even scheduled for. There's no way this ends well and I am fuckin' here for it.

Also love how at 2:56:42 she calls Peetz "Mike". She talks to those mods an awful lot, especially considering Mike has a gf...

I think that even if by some horrible case of malpractice a Doctor gives the thumbs up for Chins to get WLS she still won't get it. She knows deep down that if she gets that surgery she won't be able to feast anymore. She'll come up with some excuse for why she can't get it. Maybe it'll be some feigned family emergency, maybe she'll just want to travel before going through it, maybe she'll sprain her ankle and will have to take care of that first. What I do know is that she'll self sabotage as soon as she gets the go ahead then turn around and lecture Karatejoe and the other foodie beauties on the dangers of surgery and how it's not worth the risk.

So like Amber she thinks she can just pay abs get it? I’m new to her so didn’t know it was just a referral she will end up the same way as Amber can’t pass pysch tests can’t loose weight on her on before approval and won’t do therapy. Also if she did get approved you would hope the dr is watching her channel because she has been non stop bingeing since she claimed she is getting it done

Chins SAID she got a referral, which means exactly nothing. Dumb bitch thought for two freakin' years that she was already referred and was on some sorta list waiting for the surgeon. She only found out recently she was on no such list.
Why she and her hand-picked bunch of degenerate "fans" think this referral is any sort of "great news" deserving of congratulations is a mystery. Except for the fact that they're all about as bright as brain damaged slugs, of course.

She could never get thru a flight. Aside from the logistics of waddling from the curb all the way thru the terminal to the boarding gate (she would demand and receive transport in a golf cart by playing the "disabled" card) and the cost of a first class seat, she couldn't fit into the airplane bathroom for her hourly ass-vomiting.

A referral is just a "get this patient the fuck off my back". I don't think it's unrealistic/unlikely that she got a referral. Like others have said, that's just the first small step on a very long road for somebody who wants WLS. If she got referred, that means several months of waiting before she even gets to meet somebody to discuss the process. The doctor who referred her probably saw no harm in letting her discuss it with another doctor, especially not if it's something she's been vocal about. She'll wait for several months- maybe longer-, go to her appointment, find out what she needs to do in order to get WLS, will "try" and fail repeatedly to do that over a long period of time, and then reach the conclusion she doesn't want it. This entire process may take years and will keep her busy while giving the doctor who referred her some peace and quiet for an equally long time.
And in the end it won't happen for her because she's not capable of handling such a procedure in any way- physically or mentally.

It won't be fine in a weightloss surgery program even if it is legal in Canada. The issue isn't whether she vaped it or ingests it...the issue is that she uses it. That's not okay in a WLS program. There are all kinds of reasons surgeons come up with for why certain things or behaviours are exclusions to surgery, from physical issues that might result (e.g pouch damage) to pyschological reasons (e.g transfer addiction which is a huge issue after WLS). I wasn't being morally judgemental when I said it was an issue for her, I was just being pragmatic by stating it's an exclusion...and one she'll be tested for should she even make it to a point beyond the initial screening of referrals.



Surgeons don't plan open surgeries for weightloss anymore, unless they are revisional or cancer surgeries...even then they'll try the laprascopic route before converting. If she were to have surgery it will be laprascopic unless the surgeon runs into other issues (e.g. adhesions from prior abdominal surgeries) that require conversion to open surgery. If they consider her abdomen too big for the equipment they have, they'll just make weightloss a precondition. Sure her male pattern visceral fat is a very real consideration for surgeons, which is why they won't even attempt her surgery until she gets herself into a state where they can operate laprascopically. These days surgeons have the option to use an Obera Balloon if a patient needs desperate intervention but is too unhealthy still for WLS. They generally don't publicise it because it's very expensive and a short term fix only, but it is an option that can be safely utilised on patients whose visceral fat prevents laprascopic techniques being used, or those whose current state of health makes general anesthesia too risky.

But keep in mind, she's also been promising a new Time Warp video for about three months.. So forgive me if I'm a bit skeptical about any video getting uploaded tonight. A Live feels much more up her alley.
