Even in the loosest sense of the word, I wouldn't call what she does on her page cosplay. As it's been pointed out before, she just mixes and matches the same tired old outfits and shoes over and over again. And any new items she's "gifted" look like they came straight from the clearance rack that no one wanted.

Even as an OOTD page, she does it all wrong. Her looks aren't interesting, comfortable, or cohesive in any way. She doesn't appear to be having fun with what she's doing at all. In fact, those weird spastic gifs she records seem to be getting worse over time almost like she's trying to compensate for something. I can sense the anger and desperation in her movements if that makes sense.
