This unfortunate stinkditch-haver has realized there is "some hard tissue in his neovagina". Kind of like tonsil stones, but gathering in the neovagina instead of the tonsil pockets.

I had tonsil stones. They're mostly calcified bacteria. So basically, those "rocks" are just solid chunks of bacteria.

Tonsil stones are very notorious for smelling God Awful. These... hoo boy! Imagine the stench of crumbling a rock of pure stinkditch bacteria. Yuck!

A neovagina is like, just a fucking hole. It shouldn't be that hard to clean, right?...Right?

...But it could also be a smegma bean like how horses have.

Pizza dick is definitely from here. One of our autists was amusing him/herself for a while trying to find the grossest SRS, and that probably won the FtM category. I'm not able to find it, though, not sure what to search for.

As for parallel Pete here, I'm a solid maybe. He's got a lobster claw type, which we have certainly seen a good three or four of.
