Or they could upload audio only, having watched the stream, there wasn't really anything super important in regards to what was shown visually. Just mostly Dream wandering around on creative mode in Minecraft and him playing the videos he responded to. I guess if they really want the visual they can split it though, like you said.
This is actually good. The only people he's fooling are the 14 year old girls on twitter, basically people who don't matter. Other people with actual developed brains, even other streamers or youtubers are just gonna see this as a salty display of his ego. Dream definitely isn't thinking straight anymore, he's reacting according to his emotions. This is what we call Narcissistic Rage.

Despite what I've said before in this thread (stans being zoomer retards), I'd wager that some stans or at least some terminally online b-list youtubers have found the thread, considering Dream's face appeared on one of their Twitters.
That's what I mean about deluded. If they think it's fake they won't bother him. Except we all know the dox is real and eventually the stans will realize that too and their behavior will force him to move again to escape their insanity.
