someone should probably tell panda boy that Gura literally uses Twitter at corporate gunpoint and would otherwise never touch the site outside of collecting fanart. she's the last person you'd make any headway with by trying to Twitter clout your way into their good graces; that's more a Kiara thing.

Mixed feelings about this.
On one hand, it couldnt have happened to a better person. After acting like a hypocritical cunt for so long, being hunted by shit like this is poetic.

BUT, on the other hand, witch-hunting is gay and exactly the kind of thing the ENVYtubers do, so I'm iffy about going down the same route.

I kinda like the whole girl holding the panda thing thats creative. But I'm pretty sure sykunno friend already ask for collab publicly and vouch for him and they're more bigger so I doubt ill work

I used to sub to Bahroo and I have no clue what he thinks he's pulling other than trying to get popular (which he doesn't need) or he's shrimping, but that dude already hangs out with people near Vshoujo and he tried to simp for Veibae for a bit before moving on to hanging out with a Momo (who?).

I hope this bald twat gets black listed, he should know better than to ask his fans to spam someone into collabing.

Woah, I haven't heard anything from Admiral Bahroo since he stopped playing borderlands 2. I'm surprised to see he's a vtuber now. I think him asking his fans to spam gura is kinda not cool, especially since he acknowledges he has no chance. He's basically making noise for no reason. If he knows anything about Hololive, I don't think he would just make a tweet asking Gura to collab

Jesus, this community has got some real fucking autism surrounding it. From 4chan and lolcow.farm (jesus it's bad over there) to people who think all Vtubers under like, Hololive and Nijisanji are fake because they're under a label and somehow thereby nothing but "corporate"; it's just a fucking mess all around. Perfect for this site, really.

Dude the "they're corporate so they're fake" crowd are super fucking funny, when you see all the failed Vtweeters and no names trying to say it too, as if they're any more real. If anything, the crowd bitching corporate tubers aren't real enough, should try faking better personalities, they'd be more popular.

True, weird to say that KiwiFarms is the most reasonable place. 4chan called Ame a commie for whatever reason, Lolcow.farm attacked the girls for their appearance in real life and they also brought up a shitty political opinion Kiara had in 2016 and tried to use it against her; as though people's opinions can't change.
These people seem bitter and just like they're mad things they don't like are popular. I might not agree with all the criticisms levied here but at least I can tell they're by people who actually like VTubers and not just by people who are trying to justify their irrational hatred.

This site is where practically all of the cream of the crop autistics gather. The rest get filtered downward, with some of the worst being from 4chan and such. They've got some neat people there, don't get me wrong; but /r9k/ and /b/ have their reputations for a reason.

This thread is actually the single best place to discuss Vtubers and in my time popping in and out checking this place I am beyond happy that it seems to be working out like that. You don't gotta like every vtuber, but plenty of them (especially Japanese) just wanna entertain people and that is great.

Kind of a shame tho /jp/ turned to shit and /vt/ only inherited that shit, there was a time the threads there were cool and useful beyond fan art dump.

It's a point I've raised before (and I've been just as guilty of both at times), but I feel I can safely assume at this point that it happens because this is one of the only places where such things can be discussed at length. Although it can be taken to extremes occasionally as well, but at least we can also call each other out on being retarded about the handling of those subjects and it doesn't just amount to "HOW DARE YOU SAY BAD THING ABOUT MY WAIFU VTUBER? FUCK YOU AND DIE".

Seems a lot like one of those "slow news day" situations whenever it pops back up again. A lot of people get sucked up into the topic, we make much ado about nothing, but at least we eventually move onto something else once people start pointing out that the topic's been dragged out for too long. The sneeding has its enforced limits.
