I have said much the same months ago in this very thread. Even though I enjoy her (in spite of the fact that I'm less inclined than I've ever been lately to throw my lot in with the Deadbeats), Calli is very retarded with how she handles herself sometimes.
I like that she's been chums with Haachama for this long, and then when gen5 showed up and BUTTON asked if it was OK to make the eating gag, she ran along with it, and even the coco meme review had a jab at roasting the ram.
I'm seeing a-lot of people agreeing to that Calli was being a-lot more enthusiastic during her collab with Gugguk. Which is kind of odd because I thought she acted exactly the same as she did in all her other Collabs. If anything, Gigguk was the reason the stream was able to flow as well as it did. He was the one initiating small conversations and playing up the jokes. I was genuinely entertained by the stream yesterday without really knowing anything about Gigguk and Shadowverse.
Alongside the fact that just setting up Discord audio and playing a game is 100 times easier then either setting up parsec or trying to play through Steam share.
The notable Deadbeats (read: the biggest gachikois, it seems) appear to have absolutely nothing but enthusiasm for more Gigguk collaborations judging by some of their responses under her reveal tweet for the "special guest", but, given that it's still a pretty wide demographic, I'd be inclined to agree with that assessment. That vocal minority are just proving themselves to be the kind of fans who tout that their oshi can do absolutely no wrong, will love whatever she loves, and alog anything they find disagreeable to their hugbox. "No true Scotsman" type bullshit.

You can pick it up from slightly skewed grammar and some words that don't exist in the same sense in Western English like fiscal, salvage, junk shop, commute, hand-carry, dine-in, or necrological service.

Indeed. This might sound too harsh, but VTubers are still entertainer, especially when you're a corpo one. There should have been a standard level of performance the talents accomplish.
Now we will see whether or not the rrat about Calli and her fellow holo collab are true or not. The explanation of being in a different timezone than her ENgenmates made sense to me, but her collab with Coco was very much horrible to watch. No excuse for timezone difference this time, however
