He brings up several good points: if the music video is supposed to be an artistic depiction of your "personal lived experience" and it means so much to you, then why were you so hands-off with the production, basically saying "tell me when it's done" when your deadline passed? Why did you hire people skilled at 3D Minecraft animation for what was originally going to be a 2D realistic animation? "To lift up members of the community?" They already had a 1M view video. Why were you oh-so eager to hit an entirely arbitrary and way-too constricting deadline that you set for the relatively inexperienced minor animators you hired from Twitter replies that were already out of their element? The entire thing that is supposedly meant to be a passion project just reaks of a blatantly lazy cashgrab. Those storyboard shots were literally just text on the screen, not even stick figures from Clay Ray.

And yes, one of the project leads confirmed "normal pills' was 100% Dream's idea lmao

That "screenplay" looks so needlessly constrictive now that I see it. There's a reason why scripts aren't thorough with the actual visual language and shot timing. You risk strangleholding the directors and storyboarders during production in what's supposed to be the basic skeleton of the project. Not that Dream couldn't be able to influence or even give these directions, but why wasn't he more involved with production to begin with?

He’s desperate for attention, and as is clear any and all youtubers want to ride whatever the popular trend is to get more viewers. Which is why so many people make random videos that have dream/Minecraft youtubers in the thumbnail/title solely for clicks. Ethan is especially jewey about this of course due to his nature, I wouldn’t be surprised if he tried to turn himself into the foremost authority on the whole drama (even though that would fail spectacularly)

In all seriousness to get the stans off of hardcore Copium someone needs to make a video about his face-reveal from a perspective that isn't mindlessly clout-chasing and simping for Dream.

I'm talking showing actual proof and images, title that can algorithm views from people searching "dream face", etc. That means showing Clayton's face, current trails, and disproving the arguments that they use as part of their endless Copium (bonus: call them fatphobic if they make excuses, using their own trump card against them).

Chances are they'll still dislike you to hell and fail to accept the truth (stans being total brainlets after all) but it's worth a try, and you can probably get the video out to some people who'd actually believe it.

Hell, if you blow up enough you might even get a reply from Dream, because knowing him he responds to any criticism of him because of how much of a fragile ego he has (and he's probably browsing farms rn, knowing him).

The main part should be showing the whole story and all proof, images, etc. rather than the extremely warped and tunnel-visioned views the majority of commentary channels have, though, because knowing the stans they'll still come up with some bullshit just to continue believing that Dream is their uwu twink boy.

In short, call them out directly for being absolute idiots who can only cope, seethe, and dilate.

I think I have said this before, but for the sake of a counter-argument I'll say it again. The commentary community are a crowd of cowardly vultures, rarely will anyone stand up and call people like Clayton out out of genuine concern and wanting for him to improve. Most of the commentary community will wait until someone like the latter or a greedy longnose like H3H3 strikes, or until a time where Clayton will inevitably shoot himself in the foot again. Then and only then will they feast upon the leftovers in a postition where they can be safe from cancellation.

I see this thread has blown up after Ethan's video, people commenting on things that have already been discussed.

Let's not forget Ethan has zero knowledge on this situation, let alone his snarky "memes" that aren't relevant or funny. Being a dying, irrelevant Youtuber grasping for more clicks&views must be so hard; his video is completely autistic to say the least.

Let's discuss the Pastebin Dream uploaded basically saying he cheated in his speedrun. Just like majority of Ethans investigation into most topics at hand, there was none.
Anybody that has used Pastebin before would know that you need to have uploaded the paste under an account to delete it. The account was not uploaded with an account, therefore Dream could not have deleted it himself.
