It really blows my mind that gender transition and surgery are the preferred treatment method for GID. What doctors are doing to these people should be criminal. They're cutting off healthy breasts and testicles, turning penises inside-out into fake vaginas, degloving arms to create flesh tubes. This is Dr. Mengele-type stuff.

And they're doing it disproportionately to people who have autism, mental illnesses, personality disorders, and fetishes. We don't know how many young girls, in particular, will come to realize they aren't actually transgender and they've ruined their bodies and health for life. They could have been treated with therapy and removing access to deranged internet communities.

Is this really the ideal line of treatment for everyone with GID? They say so but also have taken over every institution and ruin the lives of people who oppose them (ex. Lisa Littman and J. Michael Bailey).

Jesus Chist, how do you fuck up fake boobs that badly?? Did they toss him around the operating table or some shit? That bruising is absolutely terrible.
At least he healed okay, from what we're shown. They look absolutely terrible though. They're placed about as well as you'd expect, given that this is on a male with broad shoulders and not much ''breast'' tissue to start.

Paging @Father Brown -- he wrote an amazingly informative post on BIID a while back. Basically, it's a fetish just like AGP. And much like with AGP, they lie (consciously and otherwise) about their motives, because who could possibly dare admit they want to be paralyzed for the coom?
They should amputate their cocks.

So, because Body Integrity Identity Disorder is often brought up here, mainly to show how society draws the line of amputating your limbs, but not for chopping off healthy breasts and genitals, I decided to look more into it, and to see if it really does compare to gender dysphoria.

Interestingly enough, it is noted that most people who have BIID are predominately male, and most of these men are also diagnosed with another paraphilia. Also interesting, is that one of the first psychologists who studied it, and described BIID as being primarily sexually oriented (eg, a fetish), was none other than John Money. Also, most of those who have BIID, only want to amputate their non dominant side (so if you're right handed, you'd want to amputate your left side limbs, and vice versa). It appears that the left leg is the most common limb that people with BIID want to amputate.

Now, we've only heard about people wanting to amputate their limbs, but BIID is not just related to the limbs. Some of those who suffer from it don't want amputation, but instead want to paralyzed, blinded, or deaf, or otherwise permanently disabled, but those aren't as well known as the ones who want amputation.

And here is a comment on a different site of just how those with BIID think:

A lot of articles also try to state the sufferers aren't delusional, and it's a neurological disorder. Some say it's psychological, but also neurological. CBT and antidepressants seem to help somewhat, but so far, there is no cure. And obviously, the medical field is extremely wary of doing actual amputations or otherwise disable these people (such as blinding them or paralyzing them), though in the few cases where doctors did go ahead and do this, it does seem they are extremely happy with it. And like this bloke above, some will even resort to doing self amputations, or injure themselves in a way where the doctor has to perform an amputation.

Anway, didn't mean to derail, just thought this would be interesting to add, and the noted similarities it has with gender dysphoria, basically, an extreme distress of their natural body, and this starts in childhood. The biggest discussion on how to treat this disorder is basically, are they sane and doing this will actually help, or are we just needlessly disabling mentally ill people for life?

This is what I wrote about it back a while ago:
BIID is basically just an analogue of AGP. And, exactly like in AGPs it is not a real, singular condition, but a product of interactions between social factors and (usually) more generally abnormal behavior.

In fact, it's actually startling how similar they are. To start with you commonly see the same pattern of other-directed sexual attraction which combines with or leads to self-directed attraction. So, in AGPs this would be jacking off to tranny porn then progressively coming to self-insert as the tranny while in BIID, it's arousal by amputees/amputation to arousal of being/becoming an amputee. This then graduates into an obsession that metastasizes into the subject's non-sexual fantasies and eventually they develop a powerful affective association with the mere concept of being a woman/amputee.

And just like in troons, this confounds researchers who recognize the obviously sexual element, but also observe that it evidently isn't purely sexual. Also, just like in troons some researchers postulate elegant "not a mental illness" brain-related etiologies, but fail to turn up any real evidence beyond some vague non-specific associations here and there. In BIID this is even more true since you don't have the confounding from HSTS's or from HRT. There is a view that it has something to do with right parietal lobe (the sensory homunculus), but the evidence is weak and what does exist is probably just a case of fMRI studies not being very reliable. My bet is that even if statistical differences in right parietal lobe grey matter (causal relevance of which would still be less than certain) is reliably replicable it's probably just because BIID patients are generally unusual for other reasons. [EDIT: And clinicians will look there since it "makes sense" by analogy to real conditions like alien or phantom limbs.]

To really drive home just how much these are essentially the same phenomenon: BIID probably has the same comorbidity associations. Firstly, they have lots of paraphilias (pedophilia, transvestism or other fetishism):

As an aside note how many of them had exposure to amputees; being exposed to amputees is apparently a major risk factor, which again you would expect since where else would they get the idea from? This all seems very familiar:

Additionally, a huge fraction of them also are troons or want to be troons, at least:
View attachment 1996062
It seems likely that they are more often psychotic. There is also a tentative association with personality disorders:
View attachment 1996063
No clear evidence of any association with obsessive-compulsive tendencies, but small literature and it can still be noted that in specific case studies patients are described as having an obsessive-compulsive relationship with amputation etc., which is basically what you see in troons as well except in connection to gender. I would bet that a thorough investigation would turn up some at least weak association.

Interestingly enough, I'm not aware of any association with autism in the literature. A PubMed search turns up no hits for any combination of BIID and autism or ASD. However, there is BIID sub-reddit (naturally) and they are apparently very autistic:

Note also the "more likely to be gender diverse" thrown in there as well. I would also suspect that there is a association with autistic-ness more generally which would extend into the sub-clinical range. [ADDENDUM: The failure to pick this up would also mirror what happened with AGP-type troons wherein the autism connection wasn't fully recognized until this century and universal recognition has only been really achieved over the past 5 or so years. Although you can see that it was always there based on remarks made in the 80s by Blanchard, other clinicians & personal anecdotes -- they just didn't make the connection in a formal diagnostic sense.]

Also there is - and I'm not shitting you on this - a kind of overlap with diaper fetishism where the individual wants to be rendered incontinent e.g. by having their spinal cord severed.

In conclusion, AGP-driven troonism is of the same family of psychological disorders as BIID; two different variants of identity-based coomsumption.

This is what I wrote about it back a while ago:
You know, with the whole BIID/troon link, the double amputee on Jerry Springer was a troon and I found it hilarious how everyone would call him a lunatic for cutting off his own legs but not for "wanting to be a woman" and wouldn't dare "misgender" him.

Inside of a manly troon tube looks like this

Not a mental illness, guys! Who doesn't have problems peeing because you have hair clumps inside your urethra? Nothing is more manly than peeing while hair is falling down.
And what the fuck are those red strings? Worms?

Jesus fucking Christ, I’ve just found one of the most infected, disgusting stink ditches I have ever seen. Apparently it’s wound dehiscence. Interesting that they’d actually call it that considering it’s transphobic to call their neovags open wounds.

For those who aren’t brave enough to see this gross shit. It’s basically an amhole that is full of yellow and green puss while also leaking blood . The hole kinda reminds me of the Half-Life logo.

Disgusting and depraved enough to want to see more photos? You sick cunt, enjoy it: https://photos.google.com/share/AF1...?key=Wlk2N1dUdl85MWFxMUNCQ0tmNnFCMkdZc0N0YUpB

Surprised I didn't see anyone point out the obvious
