Oh boy, I didn't think this was gonna happen so soon, but here it is. Njisanji has just announced two separate auditions for their English branch. One for a female character (and the screenshot has character silhouettes) and one for a male character (the promotional image for that one just has examples of already existing male Nijis). It's only been a month, so these auditions make this the fastest any foreign Nijisanji branch has started expanding (sans maybe VirtualReal). Guess Anycolor considers EN to be a success if they're expanding this early on.

So they make the models before they even get the va's. Also the males look generic af they didn't even try to hide them
Edit: I feel like they should had waited for the other 3 to make it bigger this will just take away viewers for the other 3
