Her body shape looks terrible - huge gunt is pretty common for PCOS, but damn is it unfortunate. It does look like her legs got slightly slimmer, but nonetheless, damn girl, get your shit together.

Ragen Chastain once completed a 5K for a personal best time of 1:05:51, or something like 21 minutes/mile. (This isn't the 5K she and her fellow FA hag friends actually cheated on.)

This was back when Ragen was still making an effort at pretending she was in training for an Ironman, and Ragen at least has a history of doing physical activities (such as dance), however badly (because fat and a Narcissist).

So no, no fucking way is this butterball more than three minutes faster per mile than Ragen. She's lying like a rug.

I hate to say it, but I think that's a boob. A very sad, uncared-for boob, to go with the rest of that sad, uncared-for body.

Worst outfit ever. Worst color. Fit. If she's lying about her time per mile I wouldn't be surprised if she starts saying things like she's gonna do a 5k and start jogging. Tbh I don't see a huge physical improvement from last year. I think she has lost some weight but not 50 lbs.

And.....

Why is she posting videos EVERY day?? It used to be twice a week. Now it's like every day. Pointing to her video with the Spartan run I would think the comparison of what they can do physically should kick her butt into high gear. I would be embarrassed if my husband was competing and I was only making videos and celebrating mile for time. Shouldn't her workouts be much more evolved after a year?? She should not be making a "Secrets to Weight Loss" video. It's unbelievable the denial she is living in.

Yeah there is no way she walked a mile in 18mins. That means an average and consistent pace of almost 6kmph, that's a pretty brisk walk. A gentle jog is 7-8kmph. I don't believe for a second she can waddle that fast with those short legs.

I haven't watched the video yet, if she (partially) jogged it it's possible

I think it is possible. She looks completely done in at the end, and she did post the screen cap of her performance. The time 7:05 to 7:23 PM is consistent and points out that she didn't take any breaks throughout the mile.

Imho it's probably one of the few things about her that's believable. 1 mile is 1.6km, so that means she's walked 1km in 11 min, which isn't that fast, especially considering her "1 mile for time" is a speed effort instead of endurance. Can April hold that pace longer than 18 min? Fuck no. Just look at her face at the end of the video - she's completely done for. But I can see how she'd waddle her way there.
Slight PL but my overweight mom soon in need of a hip replacement walks 1km in 12 minutes when timed on Strava, so it's really not wild to assume a hog like April can pull 1km in 11 min while waddling as fast as she can on camera.

What's more concerning though is that this is the "peak performance" for her one year into her weight loss journey. Even the "casual" athletic person will tell you that the most important part is endurance, not speed. Speed will come as you practice, but you have to last longer and longer in your physical effort first to see results. It would've been so much better for her to start off with one mile (which took her 40 fucking minutes a year ago), and then push herself further and further up to a 5k, or even a 10k (which should be doable in a fucking year).

Of course, the best way to lose weight is interval training, but our Queen of HIIT should know that. The fact that her heart rate is 163bpm on average while WALKING points to the contrary though.
To see what should be your "maximum heart rate" during effort, like the threshold at which point shit becomes dangerous, you have to subtract your age from 220. With that being said, 163bpm is still way too high for someone who claims to have been doing high intensity interval training for an entire fucking year.
 
I'm glad Lizzo has dropped the trying to be healthy thing. How does she expect people to take her seriously when she behaves like absolute trash. There's a whole fucking dump of these on her insta and she made a TikTok where she ate the whole menu of some vegan restaurant.

I agree; I'm not sure why this is so unbelievable. Doing one mile in 18:12 minutes is a pace of 3.29 miles per hour. That isn't even a brisk walking pace (I mean, it probably felt brisk for her, but the average human walking speed is 3-4mph). It's not impressive or hard to believe, even for April.

tbh a 17-something mile is a pretty leisurely walk and Ragen is such a terrible, terrible example of anything athletic that I'd find it reasonable for a random fat bitch to be able to trot faster than she can.

I'm more curious to know how much she ate after her workout. She's gotta be the type to believe the "calories burned" calculation. No way does strolling a mile burn 250+ calories, even for a fat fuck like April.
