The girl Tessyloowho on TikTok named Tess Nicholson is a fraud. She has munchausen and does not have any actual medical diagnosis. This girl is not ill she comes to different ers constantly and demands a diagnosis and nothing is found and she’s not terminal.

She was put in the mental ward because of her frequent er visits and refusal to accept she is not ill.

She’s not mistreated at every er she goes to and every dr she sees she is only told there is nothing wrong with her and gets mad. She hops around to different ers she’s a “frequent flyer”

She says she has 100s of different illnesses is her videos and doesn’t have one of them she’s NOT terminal.

She wears an eye patch due to her “illness” and has been told to stop doing that she does not need it and it can have an effect on her eyesight but she continues to insist she needs it.

She has munchausen and has been told enough is enough at every hospital she frequents she does this for attention and pain meds.

Her bowel obstruction in her most recent videos is due to all the pain meds she always wants and takes, it was diagnosed not because of any of the illnesses she claims to have but due to opioids.

One minute she’s on palliative care with a team the next she’s on a waiting list for it. Same with her “neurology team” one min she has them next it’s a wait just watch her vids you’ll see.

I will post screenshots showing many lies. Ones about her having a palliative care team and now ones saying she will get palliative care at the end of the month when previous videos claim she is on it already. Including screenshots of her admitting the drs won’t give her pain meds because they find no reason for her pain.

I'm going to give you the best, kindest advice you've had in a long time, because you're a human being worthy of respect and the truth. You are a drug seeker who has sold yourself the lie of being chronically ill. This didn't happen to you because you're evil, but it's happened. My guess is depression and maybe anxiety played a role, and being "sick" and in pain (the pain's real) allowed a respite. I know as someone who's been depressed it causes very real physical pain for me. I ice my legs pretty frequently in a way that looks crazy to others, because they ache when I get anxious and stressed. But as a nurse, you know opiates are terrible for long term pain. You're just feeding an ever-expanding monkey on your back. You're smart enough that in a post pill mill world, eventually you could mutilate yourself with any number of surgeries or "accidents" to access pain meds. You're not stupid, by any means.

But as long as you keep using opiates and clinging to being "sick" rather than accepting you're seeking because you have other unresolved problems, you will never have the strength of will or the insight to stop being foolish on the internet. And we will still laugh at you. And we're not all just a bunch of slack jawed yokels. There are nurses and doctors on here, as well as social workers. You're setting yourself up for a miserable life, and you're smart enough to do better. Some people don't have the intelligence or skillset to overcome this. You've been told.
