If I'm on Youtube for hours every day begging people for money because I'm about to miss a mortgage payment and someone contacts me privately to offer expensive electronics instead I think I would do everything I could to convince them that the equivalent in cash is needed more.

Unless I was a pathological liar of course...

It's why he enjoys WWE Champions so much. It's much easier to use a credit card to be good than to put in actual effort, but he can't figure out why that thought process doesn't help him anywhere else.

I'd put money down on new laptop. A new capture device would actually benefit the stream and that's the last thing DSP wants to do. INB4 he talks about how this was the better option than just upgrading to Win10 to use the stream deck. I'm also betting that the stream deck never gets used even with Win10.

I feel like a video showcasing (with dates) every time Phil's problems were going to be solved when X paycheck came in would be hysterical. Could start with the "SAVE THE HOUSE" begathon from Christmas 2017.
