What clan are you referring to? Who are these elders that appointed you as their spokesperson? The clan system for the lakota tribe went out in the 1930s with the Indian Reorganization Act under President Franklin Delano Roosevelt. The constitution was adopted in 1936 which means you weren't even born when this went into effect.
