This has been the first time I've sat down and watched a Tenma stream, and bugger me, I'm sold. I'm a sucker for the English/Japanese mix of speaking now. So far her reactions to the start of Undertale have been pretty amusing to say the least. Seeing her reaction to how she deals with Toriel and feeling if she made the right choice, really reminded me of my first run now... Good times.

Her GRIS playthrough yesterday was something as well. It definitely showed a different side of her and the ending/credit sprawl was pretty heartwrenching.

My Experience with Saruei

I’m sorry if my statement is a bit chaotic or doesn’t make much sense, i struggle with putting things in order…

I was asked by Saruei to possibly help her with her Vtuber design as she felt it was lacking so i linked her my CM website which entails all my prices and ToS.
I usually charge upfront but since i felt excited to work with her i agreed to her asking to pay after she was satisfied.
I started working on it and after some revisions she agreed to pay the price we had discussed.
The revisions continued until she was happy with what i had provided (which was difficult as i was often confused by her demands)
She had asked me to clean up the design i had added and to clean up the details which i was willing to do and was also agreed on, however due to personal circumstances and my cat falling ill i pushed back updates, which frustrated her (she also complained that i even before my cat fell ill, posted personal art on twitter; this is however stated in my ToS which i told her; she followed up with guilt tripping comments about breaking her trust).
(!I was never provided a clear deadline or schedule, just the month she would debut.)
She asked me for a refund as she felt i took too long and that i heavily overpriced and that she felt scammed.
I was perplexed but apologetic because i didn’t want to burn a bridge and have someone mad at me, it stressed me out a lot.
So she asked to cancel the commission and demanded at least 500EUR as a refund as she felt as though i didn't match her expectations. (the vet bills in the end were 900EUR)
Out of stress and fear (and my cat being at the vet clinic with no updates regarding her health) i had agreed to the refund, i however don’t feel comfortable with that anymore though since i heard of the very similar experience of another artist who had been commissioned by her.
To add to that, she had asked me if she needed to still credit me, i said no since i didn’t want her to be upset with me (which was my own fault, i should have insisted on being credited)
which led to no credits given to me during her debut regarding the jacket design, straps/gun holster and tail design i had done for her , which was passed off as her own.

I don’t wish for anyone to send hate.

She was pretty unprofessional, Saruei was actually quite patient, these are professional commissions worth a ton of cash.
