If Ian is so alpha and has been married most of his adult life what is the situation where he had to have an intoxicated woman to get sex?
Was he like 15? Does his wife have lots of headaches?
It's all so hard to tell. With the consistency of his stories about his wife, it seems that he really is married. He even makes awkward posts defending why he'd be married to an ugly old woman when men just get hotter with age (the answer is that he's trained her well). I can't imagine him faking such authentic autism.

So I think the answer is that he's obsessed with hating women and training people. So much of his content is aimed at children, and he's obsessed with giving advice. I think he's just decided that despite being out of the "Sexual Market Place" for a couple decades, that he can teach children how to get laid. It doesn't matter how little he knows about modern culture, the dating world, or even healthy relationships in general, because he's worked in porn and can give you insider tips. Drunk woman is a common porn theme so...

Another recent reddit spergout here. This is the BEST response for when your wife brings up a celebrity crush:

I probably would have thought he was being at least somewhat facetious but he really defends himself when he's called out for seeming, "apocalyptically butthurt" by other redpillers and goes on to make it clear that he is indeed that salty and autistic.

This is the most funniest and stupidest fucking things I've read so far this year. First of all, what are the chances of meeting a stripper that looks similar to your wife? Second, if you're that insecure of your wife having a fucking celebrity crush then you're a fucking idiot. Celebrity crushes don't last forever. She married Ian's sorry ass so I don't see why he's complaining about his wife's dumb crush.

Considering how much these guys complain about being divorce-raped, Ian's plan seems like an awful good way to end up in family court.

[barbershop quartet voice] I guess that's the definition of.... irony!!!!!!!

I know it's late but does anyone know why a bunch of whiny virgins who can't learn how to treat women like human beings keep using the word "Redpill" as if this was the fucking matrix?

Because they're incapable of grasping the irony of using a term coined by two Hollywood degenerates, one of whom is transgender, to describe the shitty collection of memes they have in place of an ideology.

Despite the fact that our Exceptional Intellectual blogger has stopped posting on his Red Pill Room, he has been very active on reddit. It's not as exciting a format to follow but I'm willing to put in the effort because Ironwood holds a special place in my heart. I've got a few things to bring up as updates until he gets into more lolcow shit.

1. I remember seeing this little nugget a couple months ago and was amused. It's a pretty typical dad thing but the fact that he's bragging about it such a hateful corner of the internet makes it eerie:
Brazilian Helicopter Pilot origins.jpg
But recently when checking in I saw that this shit has gotten out of hand. He has adopted this into his official Redpill lingo, and even used the acronym "BHP" for Brazilian Helicopter Pilot. His advice is to, "fuck the BHP right out of her" and quotes his wife as advising, "Don't talk about your fucking feelz, don't break frame, just calmly and rationally go Dragnet on her ass and just give her the facts. Suggested dialog:"

God he's divorced as fuck. No way he has a spouse who also gives autistic advice for how to totally own your wife with sick burns.

2. A pretty good analysis of the upcoming American presidential election. Of course he loves Trump for being classy and a strong masculine character. He also references his old discussions about how the hottest president always wins because women vote with their vaginas.

3. Here is some fucking insane "Biological Warfare" of his, where he reveals that he has been sabotaging female coworkers diets with "some fiendishly delightful carbohydrate delivery devices" and anonymously assaults them with homemade baked goods in order to witness, "full-on shit-fits as some one tearfully accuses their best friends in the farm of sabotage and jealous." I'm not really sure what the context is, but assuming this isn't just a giddy daydream of his, he's lapsed into autistic terrorism against women in the workplace.

He also advises to, "chart the menstrual cycles of all of the women in the office for your amusement. Use the information for further Black Knighting." What does he even want people to do with this information?

Steal tampons from the ladies room? Be extra mean to them when they're PMSing? I honestly don't know. But I'm just a woman so I'm not an expert on them like the men at TRP.
I'm glad you keep up with this guy. I kind of wonder if he stopped writing his blog because someone pointed him to the post here. It's an awfully big coincidence.

Got a chuckle out of that one.

Yeah I'm not sure. His posting stagnated for a while, but this is still multiple times longer of a break than he has ever taken. He rarely missed a month before.

My theory is he's just gotten lazy. He's been getting comfortable with the simpler and more casual posting style of reddit, and is now a mod of the shitty spinoff of r/TRP for divorcees. He still has his stockpile of over 200 essays that he constantly reposts over reddit.

Oy gevalt, I only read the first 5 pages and this guy is a sexist asshole, full stop.

The way he talks about woman (or humans in general) sounds like he thinks they're animals or something.

How on Earth did he get married and have 3 kids?? Unless he's lying, of course. Hopefully?

Pardon me for being super late with this but, has anyone looked into this supposed 'kidnapping' that apparently happened to one of his sons by a female teacher?

^ An excerpt from one of his facebook posts. I mean, I know there's been a lot of speculation about whether this guy is full of it or not. But lying about his own son being kidnapped has got to be a whole new world of low.

I've heard that story before; it sounds extremely sketchy for a variety of reasons.

Mr. Ironwood claims himself to be a famous New York Times best-selling author; see here:

A year after we had moved in together (around 1992), while I was still in college, I sold my first published piece. To be fair, I'd sold it three years before, it was just taking forever to run through the process. But in early 1992 my first book came out, right after I met her. Much to my delight it did well -- in fact, it hit the New York Times Best Seller's list.

It's fair to assume that *if* he was telling the truth, he would be reasonably well-known. Not as much as Stephen King, but not a complete nobody either. And he's not hard to find, either. According to his public linkedn profile:

https://www.linkedin.com/pub/ian-ironwood/22/a51/339

He lives in the Raleigh-Durham area of North Carolina.

So, let's see. The son of a "New York Times Best-Selling Author" gets kidnapped in North Carolina. Wouldn't that have shown up on the news somewhere? At the very least, local stations would have covered it to warn parents of a potential kidnapper working in the schools, and the fact that it was the kid of a "relatively famous" resident would have made it even more noteworthy. So where are the news reports? What evidence is there that his son actually was kidnapped? As wretched as he may be, I'd certainly not wish harm to befall his children, but I'm not too fond of false accusations and hoaxes either. And the conspicuous lack of evidence makes it easy to convince me Ian's making a false accusation. Which is ironic, considering the extent to which manosphere guys complain about 'false accusations' from women.

The whole country loves it when a teacher gets busted messing with a 13 year old boy.. as long as she's hot. It would have been all over the news.

Man, I should have kept up with ironwood. His delusions are the best.

He's so full of lies. What is the probability of a MRA like Ian having the misfortune of having his son kidnapped for sexual purposes? It's just another ploy to make some bs posts about how evil women are and that men should have more rights and tell women what to do.

It's just like his advice about strip clubs and shopping at (what I assume is) Wal-Mart. If someone could link him to his "best-seller" tag, that would be awesome.

It's very convenient for Ian because he can make up basically anything, and when called out on it, he's "protecting his identity." He does this all the time, and as I think it's been pointed out the stories don't add up. Sure, a good-looking former NYT bestselling author former chef and popular scifi convention guest with 6 different independent fanbases who now writes porn for a living and makes six figures a year had his kid kidnapped by a teacher and the dumb liberal matrirarchal school board didn't do anything about it! I guarantee you no one fitting that description lives in North Carolina or anywhere else.
And, as par for the course with false allegations, there's no mention of going to the police.
