When I identified Buffy I didn't even rely on her tattoos or anything, it was purely due to her jaw that was visible in the screenshot I posted, and the knowledge that she was blonde. The tattoo was only the confirmation.

She's had no problems going from being a completely offline person until she was 20 into a fulltime streamer/influencer into her early 20's, and she manages it more or less all on her own. She's also done this in the past while managing all of her travel across the world through multiple trains/flights/hotels/etc..., all while juggling streaming schedule and interpersonal relationships with people she's traveling with as well. You can call Melina a lot of things, but she's very capable for being a 23 year old, I don't think "dumb" is one of those things.
