Not a single one of his fans or Phil himself remember anything from his playthroughs that isn't in a TIHYDP.

"Watch some Dark Souls 1!" says a fan. He listens, puts on part one which is just character creation, he's instantly bored and says "this video is nothing" and then he just watches the part 2 that's the Asylum while loudly yawning. JUST WATCH THE TIHYDP. It's all of the interesting content you've ever made in a tight little bundle!

"11 Years" of amazing content and he's completely out of things that his fans actually want to watch, and has hated 90% of what they also forced him to watch.

And now Dark Souls is boring to watch. Calling it now, we're gonna get one of his classic drunk THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING tweets that he does when he's his most "depressed."

He got at least $350 in tips today. His depression has been staved off for the night.
 
I notice there are no ads on the videos he watches. Is that because that's the case when you watch videos on your own channel or has he got ad-block enabled? I would like to see him being forced to bear through the annoying ads that he has to skip after five seconds.

He uses adblock. I pointed this out during his last retrospective. You could see it in his browser extensions.
 
All he would have to do is advertise some of the most popular TIHYDP's and do commentary; hell the videos are cut so he doesn't really have to even entertain the chat - could just watch. However, his fragile ego is literally greater than his desire for money which is amazing.

He also claimed it was exclusively used just for these events. Why lie about something so small? People who choose to sit through his absurd number of ads are still going to do it and the rest won't start because of his obvious lie. Ads are annoying just say you block them like everyone else you fucking alien.

phil can't even stand his own shit but he expects everyone else in the world to not only tolerate it but celebrate it
 
The WWE style navel gazing habit Phil picked up from them is quite tedious.

Of course, WWE navel gazes because they were actually relevant in the past when they look back to try and distract from the decades of decay in their core business, DSP is just pining for a dumber Youtube promotions algorithm having been altered so it squelched his channel growth and forced him to evolve into his current form. A key difference...

But you can't argue that it wasn't a success on the bottom line!
