What about a place like Goodwill? There was a minor controversy a few months ago when it was revealed they pay their workers less than minimum wage. However, it was later explained that Goodwill employs "slow in the minds" so as to offer families that cannot obtain a full-time caretaker a way to get their child out of the house, socializing, and earning some pocket change. It's basically adult babysitting, for those who are able to do tasks and follow directions but unsuited towards competitive work. I think a heavily medicated version of Chris could qualify for a Goodwill job for 10 hours a week.
He's like John the Stutterer from the old Stern Show, able-bodied, not "exceptional" intelligence, but major behavioral problems and being a raging pervert prevents him from having any mainstream hope.
