Wow so we're all laughing at the ludicrous arrogance of the letter and it actually worked?

Lmao
the bong legislation in question is not targeted at the site (they can't do shit cause no jurisdiction and good luck getting an extradition request approved for mean words lol), but at bong users who connect to it. Jewsh is taken preemptive action to protect bong users who can't into VPN and blocking UK IPs. when they try to connect, they will get redirected to a page with that document on it, instructing them to use a VPN/TOR to connect so they don't get arrested for saying the nigger word.

I'm not saying I disagree with his decision or his reasons for doing it.

But you have to appreciate the irony.

If only...

So I guess they just assumed "maybe there's a chance this Null guy is Bri'ish" and sent him the "confidential" letter?

Or maybe they knew Null is American, and sent him that "confidential" letter anyway, in an attempt to intimidate Null?
According to the official description of the bill, "The Act applies to services even if the companies providing them are outside the UK should they have links to the UK. This includes if the service has a significant number of UK users, if the UK is a target market, or it is capable of being accessed by UK users and there is a material risk of significant harm to such users." my guess would be that its either an automatic thing triggered by a large amount of UK ips accessing the site, or the Kiwi Farms is identified as risking harm to users by virtue of upsetting muh heckin' trannerinos.

EUtard ignorant to the fact that the world doesn't operate like his faggy wannabe superstate
Not saying I want it to happen, and I did specify cross-border enforcement, which implies they would need cooperation from Kiwi Farms' jurisdiction. Sucks to not be able to read.

It's happened before: https://www.congress.gov/crs-product/LSB10264

This site's scale is nowhere near Google's, and there is no precedent for smaller platforms being targeted (as far as I can tell), that doesn't mean there isn't the possibility of it occurring though. Google chose to pay because US courts wouldn't step in.

Mistook this report for another one and now I can't find what I originally intended to post, oh well. Seems I was wrong anyway.
