I know I’ll get a ton of shit for this but 2016 /pol/ was unironically some of the most fun times I've had online. The fast pace of the board, the hilarity of the GOP primaries such as Jeb!'s antics, the hype around the general, the sheer amount of new memes and OC being produced, the constant dub-checking, people semi-ironically believing in meme magic, etc. IMO The Delegates Dahnald was one of the best memes produced during that era, it was so good that /tv/ copied it a year later in the form of Colbertposting.

Of course in the end it was pretty destructive as it irrevocably changed the site and /pol/ essentially became /b/ 2.0 but at least it was destructive fun rather than super serious business like Gamergate was.

Succubus/Tulpa threads were the first sign of /x/ being shit. But I have to say I kinda liked pre-2016-election /x/ a little bit too since they began branching out into some of the wilder esoteric stuff like Agartha and the Hollow Earth, Antarctica conspiracies, and all that. Also their investigation of real-life conspiracies like elite sex trafficking.

I think it was around the time of Pizzagate that the board started to get flooded again with trash. IDK if it was a gay op to slide threads like some people claimed or if it was just an invasion of dumb normies, but from then on it's all Magick (read: new age bullshit), "The Nobody" threads, flat earth baitposts, and only a few rare threads of good content, mainly just rehashing old ideas like famous people flying to Antarctica or underwater pyramids using screenshots of posts from 2015 or earlier.

And you got those threads that keep talking about "Happenings", planetary alignments, sirens and the Rapture and how they're all connected or some shit.

It's interesting to me that he said Epstein worked for Maxwell, and not the other way around, or that they were partners. Given her father's mossad ties, I wouldn't be surprised if that was true. There was an anon on /x/ the day Maxwell got arrested who claimed he was a driver for Epstein and was paid handsomely to look the other way. He claimed he sent info packets to various media outlets and planned to an hero, all of this posted eight hours before Maxwell's arrest was announced.
