i can speak from first hand experience that the only person who knows how to do anything is RapeApe and a handful of his cronies. Since hiro took over 4chan he's engaged with the site like maybe a half dozen times, when i fucked off from them RA was in charge, and hiro just stood there as a storefront mannequin paying the bills and doing nothing else.

Wouldn't at all be surprised if Moot still has root level access to the server.

Depends on the general really.
I've seen a janny being exposed for shitposting and ignoring reports by accidentally including the janitor tools in a screenshots, but other slower generals are pretty chill
