Hashing user emails?
That's highly unusual, you usually only hash passwords. And 4chan insists that they don't "save" your email at all, and it gets wiped, but AFAIK they save a hash to check if you're a repeat ban offender, which is questionable. But it's still good news for most.

You have to wait it out, just make sure you don't minimize the window, alt tab to a different window, switch to another browser tab, look away from the screen, or blink because if you do any of those it'll reset and you have to wait another 15 minutes.
