What's with exceptional individuals on both sides getting mad about drawings? I'm genuinely curious.
Answered your own question. The answer is always autism. Just ask @Badonkadonk Trashexceptional individuals

the only magical girl anime that I see women get into is sailor moon because they think it’s a “classic” pro women, pro lgbt shit. They get into love live because they’re downies who think it makes them original and special. Women don’t like it in Japan and I’m sure no woman truly cares for it in the west. It is as tasteless as oatmeal and as fun as getting kicked in the balls.
OP forgot to mention her NSFW account, where she drew Roger Rabbit getting pegged by Jessica rabbit. Just think we should all be aware of this.
To give you a serious (and kinda stupid) answer, it's usually because both sides are passionate about artistic freedom in art, but only in ways they approve of.What's with r.etards on both sides getting mad about drawings? I'm genuinely curious.
She wants to talk about how men draw tits? Her knowledge of anatomy is fucking awful. Sure, most women don't have anime basketballs but with the right surgeon even that is more anatomically correct and realistic than this bullshit. Many women have slightly asymmetrical breasts but nowhere near that level. Not to mention the hands and where the torso connects to the arm are completely fucked up.View attachment 1199650View attachment 1199652
This character isn't even a trap, it's an idol with huge titties. Nobody would ever call a character like this a trap.
Yeah well she read a tutorial on deviantart once that says cloth stretches across and not between the boobies, so she is now a top-tier non-sexist anatomy specialist. Duh.She wants to talk about how men draw tits? Her knowledge of anatomy is fucking awful.
Or it could just be that the shit they make is fugly and it's fun to make fun of, imoTo give you a serious (and kinda stupid) answer, it's usually because both sides are passionate about artistic freedom in art, but only in ways they approve of.
In the case of tomato girl over here, if she wants to draw characters as fat or whatever, that's inherently not a problem. It becomes hypocritical and sort of deserves flak when she gets mad at Annin Doufu (who is a woman by the way, didn't see that mentioned in OP but it makes this whole thing funnier) for drawing boobs in a way she doesn't approve of, when Doufu has always drawn boobs in the way tomato girl complains about (see attachment). That constitutes as artistic freedom, as weird as that sounds.
But that's artistic freedom in a way tomato girl doesn't like, so tomato girl thinks it should be mocked. Not her own artistic freedoms though! That's not wokerific to do, she's above the things she does happening to her.
Yes, I have been around weeb girls and outside sailor moon, they don’t get into it. I have never seen a girl who really cared for love live. I’ve seen them cosplay as a character for the sake of cosplaying but nothing else. Magical girl anime is for two demographics: little girls and pedosLOL, you do not hang around very many otaku women, do you?
Precure, Madoka Magika, Tokyo Mew Mew and Cardcaptor Sakura all have very strong female followings among otaku women. And then you have a much smaller core group that likes Cutie Honey and other older magical girl fare, but those are the women that fall into the Venn-diagram of "loves shouju anime" and "loves older anime." Oh yeah, and lesbians love Revolutionary Girl Utena.
Sailor Moon just happens to have been the anime that got many women into anime, and it's a far bigger franchise than any of the other series mentioned, so of course more casual female anime fans will latch onto that series in particular. The show defines magical girl anime for a lot of people all over the world.
I think western otaku women like Love Live because they think the characters are cute. It's really just that simple, and I really never see anything about it that gives it any appeal beyond that. So why so many of them draw the characters as very not-cute is a bit of a headscratcher, but I personally blame Homestuck's legacy of "draw the characters whatever race you want!" coming from Andrew Hussie, which opened the floodgates for art like this.
Somehow, I'm more surprised I haven't seen art of this particular scenario sooner than anything else.
Makes me kind of miss Roger Rabbit.
At first I was going to say that the person who posted that tweet was stretching by calling PhoenixXMaya pedophilia, since, Maya is 28 currently, and Phoenix is 35. Hell, at the end of the original trilogy, Maya was 20 herself.Another thing to note is that she looks up anybody who namedrops her account, and will reply to defend herself if the accusation is negative.
She's also known for shipping something that's considered pedophilia, and drawing porn of an 8 year old. (unfortunately, no screenshots of that have been dug up)
This thread is about an uggo who draws characters to be as nasty as her, not weeb shit. Also upload the images directly here instead of linking, or at least archive if she deletes her account they'll be lost.

Yes, she’s a dyke. It makes since. Now show me how many straight women like it? Not as muchYou seem like you got a chip on your shoulder, lel.
All the Love Live fangirls I've seen are on Tumblr and are some shade of LGBT. Straysheep is a big Love Live fangirl and has admitted to blowing many a paycheck on the game. I haven't seen any Love Live fangirls IRL, but then again I haven't been able to go to as many cons as I used to. Regardless, it's very niche, but there is an active fanbase, since, you know, this thread exists.

I've already mentioned it a while ago in BABD thread, but Slavic noses are mostly looking like this, for better or for worse. If a girl's face is less round and she's less fat, it's not as prominent as in Agnia's case. And if you're lucky, you can get puffy lips with no surgeries, just by winning a genetic lottery, so there's that.I don't know why I assumed she just drew her noses exceptional for no reason, but it's because her nose is the exact same. Prepare for cow cosplay selfies.
this is even funnier since she posted about oppression of caucasus people.Spoiler: "Tomo-churka"

This is the most retarded thing I've ever heard. No, not all 15-17 year old high schools girls look like models, but idols do. The characters in Love Live and Im@s and other idol shows are supposed to be perfect celebrities. If she wanted to draw realistic high school girls, she should try drawing characters from slice of life shows where the characters are just normal high school girls. It's like drawing the characters from Runway de Waratte (an anime about professional fashion modelling) as obese land whales because of "waah why are all these professional runway models so perfect and skinny?? Where's the fat girl representation??" The whole point of idols is production companies manufacturing girls and women who can be idolized."Now regarding my Love Live Headcanons. Deeply inhale, exhale and think seriously. Do you really think that 100% of 15-17 y.o. schoolgirls have perfectly fit model figures? This is exactly what LL shows us, pointing not only at main characters, but also at background characters. Dispel your fantasies that schoolgirls don't have any problems with joining ranks of magazine models."
