This is an interview with Nevaeh and Dayshawn's mom, Shawna Bearce. It's sad. Alicia has taken out a restraining order against Shawna because she sent someone to the Dougherty's to check on Nevaeh, who was having a crisis and is hospitalized at the moment. When she is discharged, she will go back to Alicia pending another placement. Dayshawn is not speaking to his mother, and Alicia has told both of the kids they will never go back to her. There will be a court hearing later this month and Shawna wants them both out of the Dougherty's house. DCP will be providing her a lawyer.

One of the many important points in this very long session is that she thinks Alicia has taken Dayshawn for DNA test to disprove that the father is not and she is applying with the information to court to complete the test.
If, as posted above, he has gone and she’s given up rights, this is out the window, but even so….what a low move.
The women on this channel were right. Lushy is a ‘grimy ass bitch’.
They were also saying that if the kids now are banned from her SM, she doesn’t even want them. IM not sure. This was a very long session and the women were quite emotional. They weren’t working to script of points to address, so the important information was dropped at random in between a lot of “we must save the children” squawking.
I don’t trust anyone I don’t know on the Internet and I know these ladies sounded great and caring and all, but I wasn’t really liking the lashing out at the reasonable questions put to them about the mother. Is it really her? How is the mother doing? Can she cope?
Ok, these are polite, necessary questions when you IMMEDIATELY introduce the fact that “we’re setting up a go fund me.
I suspect these guys are fine, honest and genuine, but she got very snappy and kept on a high moral horse AS SOON as some questions came in. When you ask for money, you need to answer all the questions and prove yourself beyond doubt. Not expect blind loyalty because you’re just screeching “WONT TOU THINK OF THE CHILDREN,.
They were also quick to jump on the comment that said they should sue for past videos, which would be an unwise move.
This podcast was full of information but I’m not sure how I feel about these two women who’ve essentially inserted themselves into a situation that isn’t theirs….and are VERY passionate.
We’ll see how it goes. And I hope to goodness this gets sorted quickly with little disruption to those poor kids’ lives. Nevaeh is obviously really struggling and Dayshawn is in heaven with a world where he has everything a kid could desire……until he isn’t. Alicia is selfish and cruel.
