Her only success as an author was in getting a contract that didn't let her publisher to drop her after her first book flopped right into bargain bin. One of the managers at her publisher gave an interview where he said giving book contracts to social media personalities was a massive mistake around the time her second book flopped. She's less successful as an author than Chuck Wendig or Patrick Tomlinson.

In the end, YouTube was never going to be the vehicle any of them hoped it would be. All those AVGN-style movies, with their shit jokes and gremlin actors, were never popular outside of their forums.

Maybe Yahtzee is a good writer, but then, he was doing this stuff as text before drifting to YouTube.
