The problem is she has no idea how to do that and so goes with Bender's advice on Futurama to just slather it on excessively.
Credit where it is due, in this thumbnail she actually looks like she made an effort. The outfit is not visibly dirty and is a good color for her, she's showing a little cleavage which is surprising but okay, her hair isn't caked down with grease, and her makeup is really toned down to a more natural look. I'm not gonna watch it because her voice and oh-so-wacky persona are intensely grating, but an attempt was made.
She was borderline okay looking when she started but she's aged like milk. And I mean okay looking in a, "five beers in and all the better ones have left".
