I watched the video above (I stabbed myself). This has bothered me for a long time. At 5:20 she talks about having 30 weight watcher points left and that she has to use them. She does the same thing with calories. She thinks she has to eat every calorie allowed. These are maximums Amber. If you eat less than all your points or calories, that's a good thing, you idiot.

I swear that's exactly what she thinks. The thing is that her body is far beyond sending appropriate hunger signals. I'd wager she hasn't felt actual hunger in decades. That's why she looks at point or calories as goals to meet as opposed to limits. If one is on a diet one generally plans one's meals with the total calorie count in mind and makes sure that plan doesn't exceed the daily allotment. To her, at 12AM or when the fuck ever if she still has calories or points or whatever left over, instead of calling it a day at a deficit, she'll eat something else to "meet" her goal. It's totally fucked.

Someone asked the other day about Amber's legs. I was perusing another thread and found this. I think Amber's legs are in worse shape, but the thighs might be very similar to those of the girl in the photo.

I really think Amber has developed lymphedema in her right leg. Look at that shit. It looks to be almost twice as big than the left one.
