Becky was never really in love with Amber, she was in love with Amber's money. It was her sugar mama and now that the money is gone and their health is deteriorating, she is moving on. If she moves with Kristine, I do not believe that she will let Amber sleep with her, or her brother. Therefore, she will have to learn to sleep alone. Hate to contradict you, but

I'm not going to argue the neuroscience of BPD because I'm just not qualified to do so. My opinion is only based on my own personal experience with BPD family members. Sure they have a neurological defect. But after decades of lying, manipulating, abusing and becoming addicted to drugs and alcohol to cope, being completely unwilling to address their own issues and emotionally abusing and scarring those vulnerable and close to them they deserve no sympathy. They may be sick. But they are not victims if they've pissed away every opportunity they have been presented with to get better. People need to take some accountability for their own bullshit issues at some point and stop blaming past trauma, [insert mental disorder here], drug addiction, or whatever else.

I do not believe she is Bi-Polar - the extreme mood swings and the 'splitting' (I love you-I hate you) attitude are classic BPD

At this point, they may be on a month-to-month lease which is more expensive. It is all possible that they will do this for a few more months but I am not sure that Becky will stay that long. Becky probably agreed to stay till the end of the month or of August at the latest. She is also scrambling to sell her possessions, not something that Amber would do if she was staying longer.

For most of us, dealing with the BDP in people around us is easily summed up in one word:

AVOID

It's not difficult for people to look up BPD, how it impacts the behaviour of those who have & their unwitting victims. Amber is an idiot - posting that, hinting this might be her problem, probably just cut her potential list of new minions by 95%.
