Officer Bently is painted as the villain of Andrew’s Wild Ride but he’s so obviously the hero. It’s sickening how Andrew will joke about Bently being “a nepobaby” and “a specialed bully” like his mental a health activist mask slips and his true face is revealed.
He kind of reminds me of Carl from ATHF but as a genuinely good and nobel person who just has enough with the world.

Some people talk about "mental breaks" but what Andrew had was gradual. Andy has always had a low IQ, but we know that from his Blogger, he began to label himself as an autistic person in the early-to-mid 2010s. We know that by 2018 he turned into the into the entitled baby-man tyrant that we know him as today. His baby-persona is also fueled by his affinity for shit.
I like how once the lady on the phone and later Officer Flick immediately realized it was Andy they went into sarcasm mode. Like “oh,it’s this guy”.

Moreover I think it's because he can get away with anything if he portrays himself as a retard. Something that struck me in the Nova online video where he defended Nova and Chris Chan is that he implied that autistics can't help but commit incest or pedophilia and that it's not their fault. It's a projection of what he wants, to be able to get away with his paraphilias and destructive desires under the guise of autism.
