He could just will the house to his other kids if he hasn’t already. Andy would have no claim if his father explicitly stated who was to inherit the home/property assuming he has assets to leave once accounts are settled. Hopefully he has a will or is working on having one made. But all these people are morons so I doubt it.

A fun trick I've seen estate planners recommend when "writing family out of the will" is to deliberately include them in the will but leave them $1. That way it's explicit that the disowned person wasn't just accidentally omitted from the will and it's explicit exactly what the deceased wanted that person to receive (effectively nothing).

If she's not going to make it I hope whatever it is ends up being fast and merciful. No parent deserves for things to end this way while their waste-of-air son is shitting himself in the street for attention instead of being with his own mother for the last minutes she has here. I'm sure it's hard enough as it is to face it without one of your children there with you. I hope Andy's shit antics end with him alone and facing his own end through sepsis in some filthy alley. I've never been super familiar with Andy's thread, but the couple times I've popped in it's been regarding his mother and I've wanted to sob.

I hope she does go peacefully before Andy has a chance to come and play with whatever machines she's hooked up to. As for the funeral? nah. I want him at the funeral being his big ol diaper demon self. In fact I want him to throw a monster tantrum in front of everyone. Show the mourning family how he deserves to be pampered because of how super duper special he is. tear off his diaper and throw it in the casket in front of Tom.
