Not openly, no, but there is a lot of fucked up sexual degeneracy among them. One of the cows I follow is a former JW, Lloyd Evans, and he's a whoremonger and alleged nonce. He talks about sexual repression in the church and how the Watchtower is all about appearances above all else. The church has come under investigation and is infamous for the "two witness rule" - that is, they won't go to the police about most things and they will only deal with crimes internally if there are at least two witnesses to it, so naturally a lot of sex abuse is ignored or tolerated, and then covered up so as not to "bring shame on Jehovah's name".
Having seen Lloyd's excuses for turning into a terminal gooner and punter, that is, he was raised in a culture where any and all sexual thoughts or acts were evil, some JWs and ex-JWs just figure "in for a penny, in for a pound" and get into nasty shit instead of just fapping or having a fumble with a steady boyfriend/girlfriend.

Tl;dr: no, it's not a sex cult or anything, but the church creates perverse (lol) incentives around sex so it wouldn't surprise me.

He also accused Cow Wrangler of being a pedo, his logic is "these trolls are obsessed with me, and I am still a child mentally, therefore they like children, so they are pedophiles".

"I am mentally a child who never grew up/I am a child in an adult body" is a very common excuse used by child sex offenders who try to play the tard card, "transage" instead of "transgender" essentially.

To clarify, Cow Wrangla themselves was never accused of being a pedo -- they have aided Pedos (Cyrax); their podcast/streams had about 5 pedos in the space of a year; their friend circle had multiple pedos, and instead of being the stunning and brave pedo destroyer they claimed to be they let it happen. Her community also swatted Cobra.
