I just find it hard to believe that Kentucky spent tax dollars on going to a poor, rundown town to specifically check on an animal that had unclipped nails and was being smacked around a bit. Kentucky ranks
dead fucking last for states with the best animal protection laws... Why was Twinkie so special?
Also, I have a hard time believing that the AC officer spent so much time chatting with AL. Without powerleveling, going to AL's house to do a welfare visit would be really intimidating. 3 unemployed, able-bodied assholes hanging around at home in the middle of the day; a large, smelly, loud woman yelling in my ear about how she's a good fur mama; Eric and Becky staring through the windows for the entire encounter; small town without many emergency services. I'm sure the AC officer wanted to get the fuck out of there before he got shot.
