I 've given this a little thought after having time to really watch the video and I have my own opinion also that might deviate from the norm. Clearly AL's bogus weightloss journey and her lying has grown old . She is getting a lot of shit thrown at her even by people who were staunch supporters. Also, people complaining about Twinkie's nails has been going on for awhile, and on many different social medias...So, what if NOBODY called animal control? I think there is at least a 50% chance that this is another lie.What if this was just another bunch of BS for her to play her favourite roll- the victim. Gorl is running out of angles. Poor Amberlynn everyone wants to "ruin her life" (eye roll). I mean Eric allegedly had AC knocking on the door in his vlog days ago. Even though AL is a slacker and is lazy, it just seems suspicious that she waited all this time to make this video. I would surmise that anyone would be incredibly pissed off if someone called the authorities, interfering in one's real life and would address it immediately. Not something that could wait almost a week. Then she over compensated with superfluous descriptions of the encounter, like the officer's uniform "literally looking professional with a shirt and the little things sayin' what he was....he literally called himself a professional...it's his job to take animals ". And then just more melodrama, including taking a picture, and the BS about the ACO telling her that abused animals act a certain way and Twinkie didn't act like that. C'mon. Anyone who has ever worked with dogs knows that some of the most abused dogs will still be loyal to their masters and will wag their tails happy to see them. No professional would ever make a nonsensical statement that they can tell abuse/neglect based upon attitude alone. IDK, I'm considering every possibility and this just seems off to me. BTW, how do you know AL is lying? Her lips are moving.
I also acknowledge that your scenario is possible. What I think many, if not most, of us who are hep to AL's ways can agree upon is that with AL we will never get the truth 100%. Also, because she is dumb as a bag of rocks and lies so often, she will trip up in the near future and contradict herself.
I just find it hard to believe that Kentucky spent tax dollars on going to a poor, rundown town to specifically check on an animal that had unclipped nails and was being smacked around a bit. Kentucky ranks dead fucking last for states with the best animal protection laws... Why was Twinkie so special?
Also, I have a hard time believing that the AC officer spent so much time chatting with AL. Without powerleveling, going to AL's house to do a welfare visit would be really intimidating. 3 unemployed, able-bodied assholes hanging around at home in the middle of the day; a large, smelly, loud woman yelling in my ear about how she's a good fur mama; Eric and Becky staring through the windows for the entire encounter; small town without many emergency services. I'm sure the AC officer wanted to get the fuck out of there before he got shot.
In her specific case it does because many people only go to her channel to read/write comments.
Actually, it's something that is strongly suggested here in the Farms. Most people who come to the Farms to brag about touching the poop is, at least, downvoted.
I believe they did show up. I haven't watched the video (BTW, I recommend achieving this one. I have a feeling when she's done being mad, she'll pull this one), only a small clip about grapes and raisins(?) and she seemed very upset.
She did. She probably pulled the camera out as soon as the AC person left the house. The fact that she only uploaded it a week (? was it more?) later is another story.

Monticello is one of the worse towns in Kentucky, has very low employment rates, most people have low income, the education is rated at -F and there is problem with drugs.
