No. No it fucking isn't up to the fans, you stupid cunt. The creator decides the flow of the story, not the fans. Too many creators have been influenced/pressured into giving into fan outcry that it's given these people a complex at this point, to where if a story or character doesn't canonically go the way they want, they have nuclear meltdowns.
Fuck these people. They're not even fans, they're parasites. Expunge them from creative spaces and never give them the time of day.
This guy doesn't respect the most basic principles of art or writing. What the author says, goes. If the author doesn't say something visually or textually, there's one of three reasons for it. One, the author intentionally left it blank for the reader to fill in. Two, the author didn't feel that it was important enough to elaborate on. Three, the author just wasn't thinking that deeply. To act like the artist and/or writer should just shit out pretty images for the viewers to masturbate up a story to, is to say that they should basically be a corporate slave for your whims, and yours alone. You'd kill entire industries if you were able to enforce that. The absolute narcissism. This is the exact mentality you see with god awful translators, your 4kids, your JelloApocalypses, your Jeremy Blausteins and Funimation wagies.
Honestly, this almost reads as pure parody and some mentally unwell SEAnigger (they're from Thailand) spending their waking hours shitting up twitter like they do 4chan. Even if they are real, I have no idea how they get any attention whatsoever. The only logical response to this kinda shit is to ignore it. They're very clearly fucking insane.
It is frustrating though, Gachiakuta is a great manga and I hope that the manga doesn't suffer because of this shit and that Urana doesn't lose her desire to continue making it in the way she wants to make it. Giving in to cretins like this never ends well because they will never be satisfied. Once you give in once they know that they can continue browbeating you until the end of time.
It's one of those meathead shows like JJK. Used to have some pretty funny drama with the manga translations though where there was one guy doing the translating where he would literally just make the entire thing up wholesale.
